Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 7th November 2023 episode starts with Savi looking surprised at her phone being cut and wonders if Ashwini did not pick up her call because of Bhavani. 

However, she is not in an understanding mood as it is her birthday. 

Just then, Ashwini calls Savi who starts complaining about disconnecting her call while Ashwini makes an excuse for having a poor network. 

On being asked, Savi tells them she is disappointed for being away from them today and that she is unable to see her too. 

Savi looks surprised at Ashwini cutting the call short and calls Isha next.

Isha also cuts the call and dials her normally, telling Savi that her network is bad. 

Savi feels irritated at the network and wonders what is wrong with everyone. 

Later, Savi prepares for her presentation with her team when Navya comes there and wishes her happy birthday.

Just then, Durba comes there with her team and gets angry at Savi for giving her instructions but shuts up when Ishaan comes with Shukla Ji. 

Meanwhile, Shantanu calls Isha asking her about her location and gets irritated as she is late. 

Isha tells him that she is stuck in traffic and can’t help it. 

Just then, Ishaan calls Shantanu and feels angry on hearing about the delay saying that if they are not here by the end of the presentation, Savi will leave. 

Further, Ishaan tells everyone that they will be starting the presentation now that everyone is here. 

However, Shantanu reminds him that Rao Saheb is not there so they have to wait but Nishi tells him that he won't be coming as he is out for some work. 

Having no excuse left, Ishaan tells Savi to begin her presentation.

Savi starts her presentation and in the end, calls Durba to talk about her segment on cricket.

As everyone is about to leave, Ishaan tells them that they will be doing the Ganpati veneration to mark the commencement of the festivities and tells Savi to go and get the idol from her room as Shukla Ji forgot to put one there. 

Savi feels irritated at the delay and runs to her room with her friends only to find the idol stolen and a clue in a chit to find it. 

She blames Durba and her group for the mischief and goes to get the idol.

Meanwhile, Navya keeps Ishaan on a video call while Shantanu asks him why is he putting her in so much trouble. 

Ishaan tells him that she will feel ten times happier once she realises what is happening to her.

In the meantime, Savi is surprised to see Harini standing where her clue ends and hugs her for coming there to celebrate her birthday.

Harini gives Savi her next clue and tells her that some students have asked her to give it to her. 

As Savi rushes to another place she becomes mesmerised to see Isha there in reality and hugs her with immense joy. 

Isha gives her blessings and tells her that she could not have gone back without wishing her birthday. 

Later, Isha also gives her the chit telling her that some student has given her.

As Savi rushes to the last clue, Ishaan calls Shukla Ji to be on stand-by as planned. 

In the garden, Savi is about to open her phone torch to see what is there when Ashwini comes in front of her and Savi’s eyes tear up seeing her there. 

Ashwini blesses her with happiness and success, telling her that she cannot let her sleep and be alone on her birthday.
