Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 7th October 2023 episode starts with Shantanu telling Isha that there is a board meeting at the college and Ishaan said that her presence is important in the meeting. 

Isha asks Shantanu what can the meeting be about and Shantanu tells her that it may be regarding Savi’s letter to the vice Chancellor. 

At the college, Savi submits her application for the transfer certificate at the office but is told that they have been instructed not to issue the certificate. 

Before Savi can argue, Ishaan announces on the speaker for everyone to gather on the ground for the assembly and especially requests Savi to join them. 

On the ground, Aayush asks Durva what the assembly is about and she tells him that Ishaan knows the truth about the cheating. 

Meanwhile, Savi joins everyone on the ground where students wonder about Savi’s presence there. 

Ishaan tells everyone that he has something very important to tell everyone and asks Aayush, Durva, Kabir, Sarah, and Savi to come on the stage. 

After a while, Ishaan tells everyone that he has gathered everyone to rectify his mistake and tells everyone that they had rusticated Savi for cheating.

However, they know that she has not cheated in the exam and it is the reason he wants to apologise to Savi.

Professor Saathe reminds Ishaan that they have seen the chits fall from Savi’s answer sheet and he too witnessed it. 

Meanwhile, Ishaan tells him that he has matched those chits with Savi’s paper and they do not match.

Further, Savi’s answers impressed him too as they were written so well that it seems that some post-graduate students have written them. 

Everyone claps for Savi on hearing she did marvelously in the exams.

Afterward, Ishaan also informs the students that Durva, Aayush, Sarah, and Kabir did cheat in the exams. 

Ishaan also praises Savi’s intelligence and requests to cancel the rustication and also gives Saathe Sir show-cause notice to tell the committee why no action was taken on Savi’s complaint. 

He tells everyone that the college committee made a grave mistake by rusticating Savi who is an exceptionally bright student and the college should be proud to have her.

On being asked what will be the punishment for the students who cheated, Ishaan tells everyone that those students will have to re-take the exams and he will personally invigilate it.

Savi thanks Ishaan for taking the rustication back and clearing her name and asks him to issue her transfer certificate as soon as possible. 

Ishaan is shocked to hear Savi’s request and follows her saying that he fought for her and cleared her name so she should continue her studies here only. 

However, Savi tells him that he did all that to lessen his guilt and has nothing to do with her. 

On hearing Savi’s words, Ishaan looks angry and accuses her of being proud and tenacious. 

However, Savi tells him that she only ever wanted to study but this college and its people took every opportunity to humiliate her and disturb her studies.
