Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 8th April 2023 episode starts with Virat telling Sai and Dr. Satya that he needs their help as Datta Kolke is injured and they need him alive. 

Meanwhile, Sai and Dr. Satya get busy with work while Sai tells the staff to attend to other officers. 

Dr. Satya who has been observing Sai puts her on the chair and bandages her, telling her that she should first look after herself and only then she can help others. 

However, Sai tells him that when it comes to near and dear ones then nothing really matters.

Dr. Satya Confides in Sai

Sai’s words remind Satya of Girija and he walks out of the camp followed by Sai.

Meanwhile, Virat who was coming to Sai is about to follow them when another officer calls him. 

Sai also sits with Satya and asks him about Girija who smiles thinking about how filmy she was. 

Sai is shocked to hear that Girija committed suicide while Satya tells him that Girija’s father was against his marriage. 

On being asked, Satya tells her that ‘why’ does not matter anymore but the worst part of this story is that he was not allowed to meet her in her last minutes and since then, he can never stand any poisoning case.   

He also tells her that he can never give her place to another girl.

Meanwhile, Sai also agrees with Satya that love only happens once and can never be forgotten. 

Later, both Sai and Satya smile at their romanticism, and Satya jokes to her about agreeing on one point at least. 

Savi's warning to Dr. Satya!

Meanwhile, Datta Kolte's men surround the place with an intention of freeing Datta from police custody. 

After a while, Savi calls Sai asking her about Virat, and feels happy knowing he is safe and praises Sai for saving him. 

Satya chimes in the conversation telling him that the problem runs away from Sai while Savi asks him who he is. 

On hearing his name Savi call him Dr. Headache and warns him to not trouble her mother or her father will put him in jail. 

Dr. Satya smiles at Savi’s confidence and passes the phone to Virat before leaving. 

After a while, Virat assures Savi that he is fine and will keep Sai safe too, and tells her to tell everyone about their safety. 

Sai attends her senior’s call updating him about the situation and is about to leave when Virat stops her telling her that he wanted to say something to her before coming here. 

After a while, Savi comes down happily telling everyone that Virat is fine which makes Patralekha happy and she goes to call him too. 

Meanwhile, Patralekha calls Virat while Virat mistakenly attends to the call and put the mobile in his pocket.

Virat tells Sai that her concern and the hug that she gave him after finding him alive have given him hope that she still cares for him and he matters to her more than anything. 

As Virat asks Sai if his feelings are on spot or not, Patralekha’s heart stops waiting for Sai’s answer. 

Sai’s yes fills a new life in Virat while Patralekha dies a thousand deaths hearing it. 

Just then, firing begins and Virat takes Sai and put her in a safe place while Sai asks him why there is a firing going on when the situation was under control. 

Virat tells her that Datta Kolke’s man must have come to steal him. 

However, Virat tells her that before going to fight them he wants to finish his confession and tells her about his dream where he sees her and his children in a beautiful place and that he loves her. 

Meanwhile, Patralekha sits with a thud, hearing Virat’s confession while Sai looks at Virat quietly gazing into his eyes.
