Today's Imlie 1st April 2023 episode starts with Imlie rushing into the hospital with Atharva, pleading with the doctors to begin treatment right away.

Akash is panicking and moving back and forth, asking Keya what if the kidnappers take his name and reveal everything.

Keya calms him down and says that as Atharva is shot by the bullet, everyone will be preoccupied with buying that truth and no one will think of the kidnappers.

However, in the hospital, the doctor informs Imlie that even though he has removed the bullet from his abdomen, he has already lost a lot of blood, and they do not currently have the same blood group, so there is a concern.

In the Rana mansion, an unknown caller informs Rudra that someone has shot Atharva, and Rudra immediately collapses on the sofa.

Devika and everyone gather around Rudra, while Imlie calls Shivani to notify her that Atharva is in the hospital with a bullet in his abdomen.

Rudra and Devika quickly recall that Atharva and Akash have the same blood group and call out to Akash, scaring him.

Meanwhile, when Imlie sees Atharva, her eyes well up with tears, and she begs Atharva to wake up because she cannot afford to lose their relationship, which has only just begun.

She then takes a miniature statue of Goddess Sita and places it in Atharva's ward.

Meanwhile, Rudra, Devika, and everyone are in the car, and Akash is attempting to delay their arrival at the hospital by making unnecessary U-turns.

However, while waiting for Rudra and everyone to arrive at the hospital, Imlie becomes agitated and leaves to find a donor.

A man in a hoodie, however, arrives and enters Atharva's ward in order to donate blood to Atharva.

The nurse checks his blood group and, as it matches, they begin the procedure right away.

Rudra, on the other hand, becomes frustrated while stuck in traffic and accuses Akash of purposefully trapping them there.

He gets out of the car and thinks of rushing to the hospital, but Shivani stops him.

However, as Imlie approaches a blood donation location, the nurse calls to inform her that Atharva is no longer at risk and a person has donated blood.

When she arrives at the hospital, she discovers that none of her family members are present, and the nurse informs her that the man in the hoodie assisted Atharva, prompting her to go in search of him.

Meanwhile, as the man in the hoodie leaves the hospital, he opens the cap and reveals his identity as Dhairya, claiming that he will not let Atharva die easily because he must atone for his actions.

As the Ranas arrive at the hospital, Imlie informs them that Atharva is no longer in danger, which disappoints Akash and Keya.

The next morning, Devika thanks Imlie for safely bringing Atharva to her and for her unending support, while Keya stops Imlie and wonders how she has so much energy despite being kidnapped twice.

She claims Dhairya took good care of Imlie all night while she was stuck in the cottage alone with him.
