Today's Imlie 21st March 2023 episode starts with Imlie being caught by the nurse with her false hair falling on the floor.

When Imlie and Dhairya attempt to flee, the nurse quickly instructs his fellow nurses to apprehend them.

As they flee for safety, two nurses obstruct their path by confronting them from the front, putting them in danger.

Dhairya decides to fight the nurses, but Imlie fights them on her own terms, standing on the stretcher and asking him to push.

Imlie grabs two injections as Dhairya quickly rolls the stretcher, with hardly placing them in the respective nurses' arms, leaving them unconscious on the ground.

However, as they rush out of the hospital, Imlie begins to laugh at how simple it was to punish the nurse and begins to explain the situation to Dhairya.

Dhairya requests the medicine, but Imlie requests that he say thank you with a smile, to which he at least promises that if she requires further assistance in this type of social work, he will be there.

Later, Imlie arrives at home, where Atharva catches her and asks her where she was all night. 

Imlie explains him the situation in the City Hospital, but Atharva remains concerned about her.

Meanwhile, she distorts Atharva's rage with her voice, and they have a good time laughing at each other.

Later, when Atharva arrives at the hall, Rudra informs him that an important US company is coming today and he wants Atharva to give the presentation, which baffles both Atharva and Imlie.

Meanwhile, Keya and Akash are smiling villainously because they know Atharva's non-business qualities will be exposed in front of Rudra.

Imlie becomes concerned about him because she does not want Rudra's trust to be broken if Atharva fails to present the proposal well.

While driving the car, Atharva considers telling Rudra the truth, but Rudra takes a call and proudly tells Dhairya that the presentation will be given solely by Atharva.

Meanwhile, Imlie is about to leave the Rana Mansion when Devika stops her and invites her to breakfast, which Imlie refuses.

Keya then interrupts and asks Imlie to assist Ginni with her assignments.

On the other hand, Dhairya informs Rudra that the conference room is ready and the clients will arrive in 2 hours, to which Rudra wishes Atharva all the best, smiles and goes away.

Dhairya asks Atharva to confess because he knows Atharva isn't ready for the proposal, but Atharva guarantees not to let Rudra and the company fall.

Meanwhile, Imlie informs Ginny and Rippu that she will be reviewing their assignment in her room.

However, Atharva is tense in the office and considers asking Dhairya for assistance for the presentation, but Rudra confronts Atharva and thanks him for all of his hard work.

He then takes him to the basement where he shows all of the employees their dedication to work, which makes Atharva nervous because he does not want to risk their lives and work on his inability to work for this position.
