Today's Imlie 24th March 2023 episode starts with Rudra approaching Dhairya, praising him for his assistance to Imlie.

Dhairya is very respectful towards Rudra and claims it is his moral duty that he is following and Rudra while patting his shoulder informs him that he is capable of big things in the future.

However, Rudra receives a phone call from Mr. Gupta and instructs him to prepare the papers as he is about to announce Atharva's replacement at the party, which Dhairya overhears.

He is overjoyed and calls his mother to tell her the good news, claiming that today, he will finally receive the reward that he deserves for all his years of hard work and dedication.

Meanwhile, Imlie is hoping to dispel the myth of Rudra industries being involved in a smuggling case.

Rudra then begins his speech about how he founded this company 30 years ago and how he wishes to appoint the new Director of Operations to someone he believes is very capable in this party.

Dhairya is about to take a step forward when Rudra announces Imlie as the DOO of Rana Industries.

Keya, Akash, and Dhairya are taken aback when they hear this.

Meanwhile, Atharva and Devika admire Imlie and encourage her to take the position because she is credentialed.

Imlie thinks of the operation she must reveal the truth behind Rana industries being caught in a smuggling case as she walks forward briskly.

Rudra thanks Imlie for her hard work in proving herself capable of being the DOO of his company and extends his hand, which Imlie reluctantly shakes as an agreement to this position.

Later, Imlie calls her boss to inform him that she has no choice but to not carry out the sting operation at this time, which surprises Imlie's boss.

He tells Imlie that, while she is capable of great things and is a good fit for the position of the assistant reporter but is disappointed in her today.

Imlie then declares that she will carry out the sting operation on the Rana industry, which Atharva overhears while standing next to the door.

Atharva asks Imlie how she can do a such task and calls her disgusting.

He convinces Imlie to relax and that whatever she is doing must have a valid reason, and Imlie explains the situation to Atharva.

Atharva then compels Imlie to sit and tells her that he knows journalism is her passion and being the DOO is her moral responsibility to Rudra, so she must follow her passion and he will speak with Rudra about making someone else the DOO of his company.

Imlie claims she will take care of both positions and will not back down due to the difficulty of the work.

Atharva then addresses Imlie as a fighter and informs her that whenever she feels tired, she can always lean on Atharva's shoulder, to which Imlie smiles.

Dhairya returns home to find her mother making delicious Puri bhajis, & eats them while his mother holds his hand and asks him what happened at the party.

He explains everything to his mother, including how the results of hard workers are always taken advantage of by the wealthy.

His mother calms him down and explains that there will come a time when Rudra will certainly consider him and even give him a higher position, but he must remain calm and patient.

The next morning in the Rana mansion, Imlie prays her Sita Maiya for more strength because she must work in two places at the same time, while Atharva brings sweet curd for Imlie's big day.

Imlie also gives Atharva's sweet curd because today, after so many days, is Atharva's concert.
