Today's Imlie 30th April 2023 episode starts with Imlie saying that her and Devika's pain are the same as they both have lost their child but Devika disagrees.

Devika says that Imlie gave birth to a dead child but she raised Atharva for years only to give his hand in Imlie's unlucky ones and lose him forever.

Imlie starts shedding tears as Devika says that her grief is much more compared to hers as she has so many memories with her son to haunt her for the rest of her life.

Devika leaves the room while Dhairya overhears the conversation and feels bad seeing Imlie cry.

Meanwhile, in Goa, a small girl runs around in fun and gets stopped by a lady who addresses her as Karishma and asks her where she is going.

Karishma asks the woman to call her Karry, mostly sour and a little bit sweet, and says that she will meet her mother for the first time that day.

Another woman wishes her happy birthday to Karry and asks her what her papa is giving her as a birthday gift this year.

Karry tells that woman that her pa is going to take her to meet her mother for the first time which excites her very much.

Atharva arrives and asks Karry what she wants to do on her birthday, to which Karry says that he promised that he would take her to meet her mother when she grows up.

Hearing that, Atharva's smile fades away and he picks up Karry in his arms, taking her to a place that she will love.

Atharva and Karry visit the temple for the first time and Atharva gets silenced when Karry asks him why he did not bring her to the temple earlier.

Not thinking about the past, Atharva brings Karry to the idol of Gauri-Shankar and prays that Karry stays happy forever.

While leaving, Karry runs away and comes to Sita Maa leaving Atharva shocked as Imlie used to worship Sita Maa.

Karry says that Sita Maa seems like her mother and gives her flowers before leaving the temple with Atharva.

As Atharva and Karry reach their home, a party popper bursts suddenly and Cheeni appears with her special "Moti Roti" cake.

Atharva gets reminded of Imlie watching the cake but Karry jumps in joy and the three of them cut the cake together while singing the birthday song.

After Karry leaves to eat the cake, Atharva asks Cheeni why she decided to make that cake instead of a normal one to which Cheeni replies that Karry loves that dish the most.

Later, Cheeni tells Atharva that Karry is bound to be a bit like Imlie and he cannot stop that.

Atharva straightaway denies the truth and says that his daughter will become nothing like Imlie.

A flashback shows Atharva going back to the hospital and hearing Kala telling Dhairya that he needs to become Imlie and her baby's support.

Atharva gets hurt watching his family laughing with Dhairya and nobody even remembers him but he believes that Imlie must be waiting for him.

However, as Atharva enters the room, he hears Imlie saying that she never wanted to give birth to that baby which breaks him and he decides to go away with Karishma.

Atharva says that he is never going back to that family or Imlie as he is happy with his daughter in his world.
