Today's Imlie 5th February 2023 episode starts with Abhishek telling Anu that he enjoyed the cocktail party a lot while Cheeni sarcastically congratulates him.

Seeing her upset mood, Abhishek asks her what's wrong.

Cheeni is about to blurt out the truth but Anu stops her just in time and makes up an excuse.

Abhi leaves afterward while Anu scolds Cheeni, telling her to make the plan in secret and not in public.

Cheeni boasts that she is different and no one knows that she was the one who had sent Imlie the invitation with Pagdandiya on it.

However, Atharva is standing there and angrily stalks over to Cheeni, asking her to state the truth.

Cheeni starts stuttering, unable to answer him why she did it while Imlie comes there and states that it is because Cheeni wanted to humiliate her.

Forming a plan, Cheeni accepts that she did it and justifies it by saying that she wanted to make Imlie relieve her childhood memories to make her happy.

Atharva makes Cheeni apologize to Imlie and tells her to not make such a mistake again and leaves from there.

Later, Imlie brings coffee for Atharva while he thanks her and starts praising her for being his best friend.

However, Imlie pulls his leg by telling him that he cannot do it but later laughs saying that he can praise her more than necessary.

Meanwhile, Rupi, Arpita, and Sundar are picking out the Mehendi designs for Cheeni while Imlie comes there and asks them if she can help.

Cheeni starts talking to Imlie and asks her about the ritual where one writes their husband-to-be's name on their plan with Henna.

Imlie stays calm while Cheeni taunts her asking if she is still going to write Atharva's name on it.

However, Imlie tells her that no one can snatch the person who is written in their fate.

On the other hand, Keya brings the Mehendi to the hall and taunts Rupi as she states that only married women can touch it.

Arpita tries to comfort Rupi but she leaves there, after making an excuse.

Back in Cheeni's room, she asks Anu about Atharva's name in Hindi and states that she is going to write his hand so that he melts into her plan and confesses in front of everyone.

Later, Imlie arrives at the hall and seeing Rupi and Shivani not doing any Mehendi, tries to convince them.

However, just as she picks up the Henna cone, Cheeni comes there and takes it away as she says that she does not want any bad omen in her wedding since Imlie and Atharva'a marriage is only namesake.
