Indian Idol 13 14th October 2023 Written Update

Today's episode starts with Vishal being congratulated on the five's greatest making him confused.

Shreya and Kumar Sanu welcome him and reveal that they are celebrating him completing his five years with Indian Idol.

Further, the first participant for the episode Gayatri graces the stage and reveals that she is a huge fan of Shreya Ghoshal.

Gayathry Rajiv sings the song 'Titli' and earns immense praise from them for auditioning with such a hard song and earning the golden mic.

The next contestant Shubhdeep sings the song 'Ami Je Tomar (Mere Dholna)' and earns a golden mic along with an opportunity to sing with the original singer Shreya Ghosal.

Hussain congratulates him saying that he has reached the theater round.

Meanwhile, the next contestant, Ananya Pal from Kolkata sings the song 'Piya Tose Naina Lage Re' and earns praises from all three judges for her singing skills.

She gets emotional as she reveals how her mother died due to cancer while Shreya Ghosal also gets emotional and asks about her father.

Ananya reveals that her father remarried and is non-existent in her life making Shreya rush to hug her and the judges give her a golden ticket.

Further, an already-established singer Madhushree Narayan gives an audition and earns a golden mic.

Some other contestants who earn the golden mic are Tanishq Arora, Maithili Shome, and Manas Kamble.

Surprisingly, another person arrives at the stage and reveals that he is there to bring a contestant who is very shy to come on stage.

He reveals that the participant is a rickshaw driver and that he is the contestant's regular passenger.

The rickshaw driver and contestant, Surender Kumar reveals that he's shocked and a little nervous while the judges encourage him and get mesmerized by his singing and give him a golden ticket for his performance of the song 'Mast Kalandar'.

As the judges are having a singing session, Hussain comes to Kumar Sanu and tells him that his driver accidentally hit another car which was a police officer.

A constable comes there and tells Kumar Sanu to come with him shocking everyone.

Further, Hussain reveals it all to be a joke and announces that the constable is another contestant.

Rajat Rathor sings 'Tujhe Kitna Chahne Lage Hum' and impresses the judges as he earns a golden ticket.

Afterward, contestant Ajay Amar sings the song Jee Loon Zara with a violin part and earns a golden ticket.

Lastly, for the episode, contestant Ranita Mondal sings the song 'Rangila Re' and earns a golden ticket.

Shreya Ghosal compliments his singing talent and wishes him the best of luck for the future.
