Indian Idol 14 21st October 2023 Written Update

Today's episode starts with Hussain announcing the start of the theatre round and asking the judges to prepare to select the Top 15 contestants from the numerous contestants who have passed the auditions.

Kumar Sanu, Kavita Krishnamurthy, and Vishal Dadlani ask the first performer to come on the stage after which Rohan Biswa comes to the stage and greets the judges.

Rohan says he will sing the song "Bulleya" from Aae Dil Hain Mushkil and perform well which impresses the judges.

However, the judges decide to let him know their verdict at the end of all performances.

Gayatri comes next and decides to sing the song "Haye Rama" which excites the judges and they are impressed by her melodious voice as she starts performing.

The audience gives a lit performance to Gayatri and the judges also compliment her vocals and unique ways in which she took turns in the song.

The judges tell Gayatri that they will let her know the results after a while, and the next performer comes from Delhi, Adya Mishra.

Adya sings the song "Bahe Naina" from Ra One and enchants the judges with her unique tone.

Her performance gets a standing ovation from the judges and the audience gives her a lit song as their verdict but the judges tell her that they will announce the verdict later.

Next comes Shubhodeep Das Chowdhury and he sings the song "Albela Sajaan" and shocks the judges with his powerful vocals and excellent melody.

Kumar Sanu gives Shubhadeep the first golden mic and he becomes the first confirmed contestant who will be included in the Top 15.

Vaibhav Gupta comes from Kanpur and shocks the judges with his vocals as he sings the song "Lagaan Lagi" with a beautiful voice.

The audience gives him a lit performance but the judges tell him that they will let him know the results later.

Menuka comes next to perform and enchants the judges with her vocals as she sings a classical song dedicated to her God.

Muskan comes next and gets ready to sing but asks for some time as she gets anxious on stage after which the judges call the next contestant.

After the performance of another contestant, Muskaan comes back and sings a classical song which impresses the judges and she gets the golden mic which makes her the second confirmed contestant selected in the Top 15.

A few contestants come and sing their songs but do not get a lit performance from the audience and the judges ask them to wait for the final verdict at the end of the round.
