Indian Idol 14 5th November 2023 Written Update

Today's episode starts with Hussain welcoming Mithun on the stage who informs everyone that he is here to give the contestants a challenge about melody.

Mithun tells everyone that he is here to find the perfect melodious voice as he always seeks wisdom around him.

At the same time, Obom Tangu comes on the stage and surprises the judges with his singing of the "Tum Hi Ho" song creating a magical environment on the set.

All the judges clap for him while Mithun says that he has never heard such a sweet voice so he is very impressed by Obom.

Afterwards, Adya Mishra continues the magical moment in the set as she sings "Woh Lamhe" and Mithun compliments that he never thought a girl could sing this song beautifully since it is a male song.

Shreya Ghosal comments that Adya has overdone herself in this song which is incredible while Kumar Sanu expresses how proud he is of Adya.

Meanwhile, Utkarsh Wankhede requests Mithun to play piano while he sings the song "Dil Diyaan Galla" and the melodious singing mixed with Mithun's beautiful piano playing.

He gets a golden buzzer from the judges for this and Mithun states that he was just twenty-two years old when he recorded this song.

When Maithili Shome arrives on the stage, she beautifully combines "Sanam Re" and "Sanam Teri Kasam" together which lands her a golden buzzer from the judges.

Later, Piyush Panwar catches everyone by surprise as he sings the "Maula Mere Maula" song and Mithun explains that it is his hardest composition yet Piyush has expressed it so beautifully.

Shreya then plays a surprise video message from Palak Mucchal who tells Mithun that she is proud of Mithun's achievements.

Just then, Mithun gifts the original sheet of "Tum Hi Ho" song lyrics to Ananya Pal for her amazing singing quality while Subhoddep Das Chowdhury gets selected as the best performer of the day.

Mahesh Bhatt mentions how Dipan's voice is like a professional singer which makes Dipan honoured with the other judges agreeing with Mahesh Bhatt's statement.

Kumar Sanu says that he wants to see Dipan in the industry no matter what position he gains in the competition this season.
