Today's Kabhi Kabhi Ittefaq Sey 18th February 2022 episode starts with Anubhav scolding Akriti for not attending the institute for a few days and missing the deadline for an important paper to be submitted.

Akriti then keeps on telling him how she loves science and how it connects him and her.

He then receives a call from Dr. Riddhesh who thanks Anubhav for helping Gungun.

Anubhav learns that Gungun is sick.

After disconnecting the call, Anubhav tells Akriti to focus more on her work than these other things.

Akriti is grateful to be Anubhav's assistant.

On the other hand, Gungun tells Dr. Riddhesh that there was no need to thank him.

She is then jealous that Anubhav gets so much attention from her father.

Later, Gungun tells Garima that Anubhav didn't talk to her even after knowing she was sick.

That night, Anubhav decides to visit Gungun.

Dr. Riddhesh and Garima are extremely happy and excited that Anubhav cares for Gungun.

They plan to let Anubhav and Gungun talk alone.

Garima then goes to open the door for Anubhav.

Dr. Riddhesh comes down and makes it ridiculously obvious that he wants Anubhav and Gungun to spend some time alone.

Garima and Anubhav head to Gungun's room, where she ignores them.

Anubhav and Gungun is left alone.

Gungun behaves rudely with Anubhav, and he is shocked that even in sickness, Gungun is arguing with him.

He asks then if she had any food, and proceeds to give her a chocolate.

Gungun doesn't understand why he brought her chocolate.

They once again start arguing about who has more manners as Gungun did not offer him the cake.

Gungun tells him that she did tell the Kulshresthas to offer him the cake.

Anubhav then helps Gungun to open the wrapper of the chocolate.

He smiles watching her eat the chocolate.
