Today's Kabhi Kabhi Ittefaq Sey 18th June 2022 episode starts with Akriti slapping Gungun while Gungun says that she only has hate for people.

Chanchal gets angry with Akriti while Charudatt says she deserves the slap.

Further, Charudatt says that he will stop eating and drinking anything if she stays there while Gungun walks away.

Gungun announces that she is going away from the hospital but will be in the same city till Anubhav gets well.

Further, Gungun is surprised to see the auto driver waiting for her as he considers her a sister.

The auto driver invites Gungun to stay with his family at his home.

Auto driver (Prakash) and Gungun eat pani puri and spend the brother-sister time together.

Gungun arrives at Prakash's house while his fiance blasts on Gungun thinking of Gungun as another woman.

Prakash explains to his fiance that Gungun is his sister and clears the confusion.

Further, Gungun feels fulfilled after getting her family and celebrates the occasion by dancing with Prakash's family.

On the other hand, Akriti checks into a big hotel while Gungun is happy at a chawl with her brother.

The next morning, Prakash's mother prepares khichdi for Anubhav so that Gungun can give it to Anubhav for his speedy recovery.

Anubhav calls Gungun to arrive as he cannot wait to see her.
