Today's Kabhi Kabhi Ittefaq Sey 21st April 2022 episode starts with Anubhav getting angry with Ranvijay as he shared the news of him getting married to Gungun.

Meanwhile, Anubhav decides not to share this news with anyone and calls it a prank call.

Later, Anubhav calls Dr. Rhiddhesh to make him feel guilty but realizes Gungun is in a big problem.

Ranvijay lies to Gungun and makes her sit in the wedding ritual labeling it as the 'puja'.

Meanwhile, Gungun finds out the truth and gets angry at Ranvijay while he pulls Gungun forcefully.

On the other hand, Dr. Rhiddhesh is accompanied by Anubhav to find Gungun and Ranvijay to stop their wedding.

Rhiddhesh asks why Anubhav got ready to help him leave his own wedding ceremony.

Meanwhile, Anubhav replies he cannot let Gungun marry Ranvijay as he is not the right fit for her. 

Ranvijay decides to fill Gungun's forehead with vermillion to make Gungun his wife forever.

As Ranvijay is about to fill Gungun's forehead Anubhav arrives and stops Ranvijay.

Gungun hugs her dad and informs him about Ranvijay's violent approach.

Meanwhile, Ranvijay's friends hold Anubhav and Rhiddhesh as hostages while they try to fight back.

As Ranvijay is about to punch Anubhav, Gungun blocks Ranvijay and comes in the way.

Ranvijay is surprised by the love between Gungun and Anubhav while he mocks their breakup.

Later, Ranvijay tries to fill Gungun's forehead with the vermillion to stop her resistance.

Meanwhile, Anubhav escapes from the bondage and fills Gungun's forehead with vermillion after he pushes Ranvijay away.

The friend group and Gungun are shocked after they see this scene.
