Today's Kabhi Kabhi Ittefaq Sey 23rd May 2022 episode starts with Maya ordering Ranvijay to add vermillion on Gungun's forehead.

Immediately pushing Ranvijay away from herself, Gungun says she cannot let Ranvijay do that.

On being asked the reason behind not letting Ranvijay add vermillion, Gungun replies it belongs to her husband and not Ranvijay.

Trying to find out the name of Gungun's husband, Akriti and Maya tries to ask Gungun the name of her husband.

Gungun says she cannot stay away from her husband and is not going to the US.

Meanwhile, Ranvijay tries to claim Gungun and says he is Gungun's husband.

Anubhav immediately jumps in and says Gungun is not Ranvijay's wife while Maya asks if not Ranvijay then who actually is her husband.

Later, Gungun says she is not interested to tell anyone the real truth while Ranvijay gets rude to Gungun.

Getting protective towards his wife Anubhav asks Maya should see Ranvijay's rude behavior.

On the other hand, Akriti asks if Anubhav has any intention to come back home while Anubhav denies it.

Chanchal tries to convince Anubhav to leave or everyone in the Kulshresth house will scold him.

Later, Ranvijay asks Gungun to remove the vermillion while Gungun thinks that this vermillion cannot be removed by a supreme power and Ranvijay stands nowhere close to it.

Waiting for Anubhav to receive her from the hospital, Gungun looks at the doorway.

On the other hand, Akriti tries to gather sympathy and asks Charudatt about her fault.

Akriti asks for justice and points toward Anubhav's behavior.

Meanwhile, Akriti tries to dig out the real name of Gungun's husband and create a scene.

Later, Anubhav thanks Akriti for making him a villain in the eyes of his family.

Annoyed by the continuous opposition of Anubhav, Charudatt announces support in Akriti's favor and orders Anubhav not to take Gungun's name ever again.
