Today's Katha Ankahee 19th May 2023 episode starts with Viaan pacing in his room as he ponders over Katha’s words.

His thoughts get disturbed by a call from Keith who informs him that Amrita’s water has broken down so she has gone to the hospital.

A big smile spreads on Viaan’s face upon hearing the news so he asks Keith why he is sounding upset since it is good news.

Keith replies panicked that he is in Lonavla for a gig and Amrita is alone in the hospital and Amrita’s mom’s flight is also late.

He requests Viaan go to the hospital since Amrita has gone into operation while Viaan yells that he is going to the hospital soon.

Afterward, when Viaan comes down the stairs looking distressed, Katha notices this from her office cabin.

She comes out of her cabin to ask Jeetu Bhai about where Viaan has gone.

Jeetu Bhai asks Katha why she is asking about Viaan which causes Katha to stutter since she is lost for words.

After a long pause, Katha makes up the excuse that she needs to leave for some personal reason and Jeetu Bhai informs Katha that Viaan has gone to help one of his friends.

Katha leaves Earthcon in a hurry, assuming Viaan must have gone to Aarav’s school.

When she arrives downstairs, she finds Viaan getting into his car and she also gets into a taxi, ordering it to follow Viaan’s car.

Katha is so sure that Viaan is going to Aarav’s school but when Viaan’s car does not turn to the left, she becomes curious.

Meanwhile, when Viaan reaches the hospital in a hurry and enters the operation room, he gets scolded by Amrita for not bringing Keith with him.

After a long process of pain and screaming, the loud cry of the baby fills the operation room.

Amrita collapses on her hospital bed with a small smile playing on her lips.

Viaan puts his hands over his head as he cannot believe that he has witnessed the moment of a baby coming to the world.

He just stares at Amrita with a look of astonishment.

On the other hand, Katha asks the receptionist if Viaan has come to the hospital to which the receptionist replies negatively.

She is about to leave when she suddenly remembers Viaan mentioning one of his friends being pregnant.

She starts exploring the hospital corridor to see if Viaan is with his pregnant friend.

In Earthcon, Vaniya decides to step up her game from others as she really needs Viaan as her mentor.

Meanwhile, the nurse finally brings the baby girl into the hospital room where Amrita and Viaan are staying.

Amrita urges the nurse to give the baby to Viaan to hold which makes Viaan scared.

He holds the baby girl in his shaky hands while nervously telling her that she is most beautiful the girl in the world.

Happy tears roll down his eyes as the baby looks up at him and he states that he has never felt something like this in his life.

The feeling of bliss spoon transforms into nervousness for Viaan as he explains that Aditya and Katha have created a life yet he does not know how he will fit into it.

Amrita informs Viaan that he is a good person so he will indeed become a good father for Katha's son.

He even starts humming a song for the baby when she starts crying which gets overheard by Katha and she follows the tune.

As she notices Viaan spending time with the baby, she feels emotional and tears blur her vision for a bit.

She quickly leaves the hospital without letting Viaan know of her presence.

At the same time, Kavita who is also at the hospital notices Katha leaving so she also glances inside the hospital room to check.
