Today's Katha Ankahee 19th October 2023 episode starts with Viaan arriving at Katha’s engagement ceremony.

He looks at Katha with sad eyes while Katha just stands there in complete silence as everyone around them is busy looking for the ring.

Viaan questions Katha about how much punishment he needs to endure before she actually forgives him, adding that now his existence has become a punishment for him.

Katha does not say anything and Viaan confesses that he is just Katha’s imagination yet he needs an answer from her.

 She feels speechless after hearing this when suddenly Viaan’s image disappears from there, leaving a bitterness in Katha’s heart.

At the same time, Raghav calls Katha firefly in a very poetic way indicating that it is very hard to find love again in life yet he has found her.

The word firefly makes Katha suck at her breath as this is the term Viaan used to call her so she runs away from there to calm herself down.

She then starts recalling how Yuvraj urged her to marry Rgahav for Aarav’s happiness because his arrival has changed Aarav.

Yuvraj tells Katha that he has committed so many mistakes in his life, especially in the wedding which is why he now wants to do the right thing by marrying off Katha to someone who truly deserves her.

 Katha declines the suggestion by saying that she is not ready for anything right now which Yuvraj accepts.

The very next day, Raghav meets Katha in the park where he confesses his love for her, explaining that Ruhi needs a mom in her life for which Katha is perfect and that he can also be the father figure in Aarav's life.

Katha stares at Raghav dumbfounded, mumbling that she does not know what to say to this, and walks away from there while Raghav scolds himself for confessing his love at the wrong time.

After this another two months are gone and one day, Katha notices Aarav throwing away his friend's birthday cake which triggers her so she ultimately accepts Raghav's wedding proposal.

Back today, Katha excuses herself from Ragahv for some time since she is feeling very helpless, and as soon as she finds an empty corner, she lets her tears fall down silently.

On the other hand, Viaan is looking at a picture of him, Katha, and Aarav, muttering that every day he thinks about these two whenever he closes his eyes.

He asks himself if Katha and Aarav really hate him now for the past mistake while he sobs whereas Katha is also crying for Viaan.

Just then, Ehsan arrives to sit beside Viaan whom Viaan questions about how he has fallen in love with Vanya, and Ehsan narrates how Vanya was the one who made him confess his love.

Hearing this, Viaan blesses Ehsan and Vanya, advising them to always love each other the most while looking at Ehsan and Vanya's bonding longing since it reminds him of Katha.

Meanwhile, Katha wipes her tears after she witnesses Raghav's funny conversation with Aarav and Raghav has also found the engagement ring.

Raghav's mom arrives at the venue just then so Katha goes to take her blessing while Raghav announces that he has found the perfect ring for Katha.
