Today's Katha Ankahee 23rd March 2023 episode starts with Katha urging Shamita to reveal the whole history of why she got fired in the first place.

With fake tears in her eyes, Shamita lies that she really does not know what was written in the paper as one day she came only to realize that she is being fired.

She conjures up the lie that Viaan has always tried to get close to her but she always ignored his advances as he is her boss.

Shamita reveals that one-day Viaan called her into his office to talk about some work but as soon as she started talking, Viaan stood behind her back.

He would give her some massage to relieve the stress and rub her back sensually.

She suddenly starts sobbing uncontrollably so Katha urges her to drink some water to calm Shamita down.

With a sigh, Shamita continues that the day she got fired, Viaan called her into his office to discuss the project with her, and all of a sudden, he started touching her legs inappropriately but when she denied it, Viaan got offended.

She goes on to say that Viaan also threatened that Shamita will not find any job once she quits but she quit the job regardless.

Hearing Shamita’s words, Katha starts shivering as she recalls the horror of that night about how Viaan touched her and how she felt uncomfortable.

Katha drinks a glass of water to calm her nerves while Shamita continues creating a web of lies against Viaan.

On the other hand, Viaan meets those street children whom he promised that he would return for them.

The kids get surprised to see Viaan standing in front of them with some food and even the shop owner offers Viaan some samosa as treat.

Noticing the stress on Viaan’s face, the kids ask him if he is angry because he has to come to them with food.

Viaan tells the kids that they are a source of happiness for him so he can never get angry at them.

Back in Earthcon, Shamita lies that when she returned to the office, Viaan suddenly called her in to talk to her and as soon as she walked through the door, Viaan suddenly texted her which stated that he would give her a lot of money if she sleeps with him.

Shamita states that she felt uncomfortable from the moment she returned to Earthcon so she wanted a recommendation letter from Viaan since he is the one who offered her the same position.

Katha counters Shamita by reminding her that Jeetu Bhai made a report about Shamita which clearly stated that she is being thrown out of the company for her inappropriate behavior.

Shamita laughs saying that Jeetu Bhai is the oldest employee of this company so he is extremely loyal to Viaan and will never go against him.

Katha listens quietly as her mind wanders back to the times when Jeetu praised Viaan for his generosity.

Meanwhile, Viaan is staring out of the window of his office when Ehsan walks in urging Viaan to give him his old Viaan back.

Ehsan tells Viaan to not worry as they will prove Shamita's lies very soon and Viaan feels touched by Eshan's care.

Coming back to Katha, she calls in two more female employees to inquire about Viaan's behavior toward them and both of them only praise Viaan.

One of the committee members suggests that Shamita has very strong evidence against Viaan while Katha looks indecisive.

On the other hand, Yuvraj confesses to Meera that he is tired of Reet being bossy and now, he wants to live with Meera but Meera denies saying that they are only good friends.

Yuvraj tries to pursue Meera to change her mind while Katha's words echo in Meera's mind.

Later, in Earthcon, Katha and Viaan come face to face in the hallway but neither of them says anything to the other.

When Katha reaches the coffer machine, she gets surprised to find coffee on the table and stares at Viaan realizing that it is he who made the coffee for her.
