Today's Katha Ankahee 24th April 2023 episode starts with both Katha and Viaan recalling their moments with each other and the glances they shared.

Katha recalls how Neerja told her that her heart will speak the truth no matter how much her mind will tell her to deny it.

Ehsaan and Katha both get out of the car and he thanks her for taking care of Viaan.

Katha reasons that she would have done it for anyone but he reasons that he saw care for Viaan in her eyes.

She tries to ward off the conversation saying that it must have been the sangria he drank while he tells her that he has learned to accept things and she should too.

She smiles telling him that it is good he learned acceptance and tells him that they will meet tomorrow as she starts walking towards her home.

Entering Aarav's room, Katha removes her sandals and falls beside Aarav while thinking about what happened.

She teases Aarav by ticking his feet when her eyes fall on the family portrait and she walks over to take it in her hands.

The emotions that she has bottled up of fear and the unspoken affection towards Viaan flow as she hugs the frame to her chest and cries.

Meanwhile, at the Garewal house, Kailash is holding the frame of Yohan's footprints while Kavita comes there.

Kailash states that they have everyone's footprints but not Aarav's and cries saying that Katha still remembers Adi as they do.

He reasons that he would not have been able to forgive himself if something had happened to Aarav while Kavita tells him that they are together now.

Kailash nods as he states that he knows what to do now to keep the family together.

The next morning, Katha wakes up and starts looking around for Aarav not seeing him sleeping beside her.

As she makes coffee in the kitchen, she feels uneasiness wash over her as she imagines Adi sitting on the couch.

She runs to her room and locks her in as she fears the creation of her mind.

Katha loses herself as she tells Aarav out loud that she saw his father and smiles stating that Adi came to meet her after these many years.

She hesitantly opens the door fearing that he will not be there anymore and cautiously walks towards the couch where Adi is sitting.

Katha starts talking to Adi saying that she used to tell everyone that he is there and requests him to get Aarav ready for school.

Adi continues to smile while Katha continues blabbering and tells him that she won't come near him knowing that he will disappear if she does so.

She sits opposite him and tells him that she misses him and states that she feels her heartbeat quicken before she remembers him.

Adi smiles and nods to her as she reveals to him that her heartbeat is quickest when Viaan talks to her.

She assures herself saying that they can talk about anything with each other since they are best friends and sits closer to him.

Katha tells him that there will be no one else in her heart besides him and tells him to help her make sure that only he stays there.

She tells him to support her if her heartbeat quickens when she stands in front of Viaan.

Just as she goes to touch him, Adi disappears making Katha look around and cry stating that he is still with her.

Katha hugs the air as she says that he is with her only.

Aarav comes out of the washroom and asks her whom she was talking to.

She tells him that she had the most real dream of her and his father while Viaan tells her that she should have called him too.
