Today's Katha Ankahee 28th February 2023 episode starts with Viaan getting a call from his friend, Vinayak, after he fails to talk to him on his first attempt regarding the farmhouse matter.

Viaan converses with Vinayak on his phone and tells Katha that only one room is available in the farmhouse, and Katha agrees to stay for the night.

After confirming their stay there, Viaan says that the caretaker is coming to pick them up and asks Katha if she is comfortable staying there.

Katha asks Viaan about any better option which makes Viaan silent and he tells Katha that they should rest there for the night.

Meanwhile, Ehsan waits in his office for Katha and Viaan’s return as he has planned to take Katha on a dinner date.

Jeetu bhai spots Ehsan and informs him that the designs are already done by Katha and Viaan after they stopped on their way to complete it urgently.

Ehsan gets disappointed on hearing that Katha and Viaan will not reach home before midnight and decides to dig into the matter further.

At the same time, Viaan and Katha reach the farmhouse where Viaan tells Katha to use the room while he will manage to sleep in the hall.

Katha agrees and gets into her room after which she gets to call Aarav and Neerja but the call disconnects due to a bad signal.

Just then, Viaan comes to give tea to Katha and wishes her good night for the day.

On the other hand, Ehsan visits Tejji and looks for Viaan to check if he is back home.

Tejji complains about Viaan going to Lonavla with Katha as she does not like Katha a bit due to her personality.

Ehsan hears about the AV matter from Tejji and gets surprised when she says that Viaan lectured her in front of Katha.

Ehsan tells Tejji that he does not like Katha with Viaan but assures her that she is not a bad woman.

After lifting up Tejji’s mood, Ehsan asks her out for a dinner date with Farah at a good restaurant, and leaves together.

Ehsan calls the Dubai hotel to get information about the bookings but is asked to wait till the next day.

The next morning, Katha gets shocked to see Viaan sleeping outside and asks him why he did not come into the house.

Viaan makes excuses by saying that the mechanic was late which Katha understands but she does not tell him anything in the meantime.

Meanwhile, Kavita and Kailash visit Aarav’s school for grandparent’s day and ask Yuvraj to have lunch with them but Yuvraj declines as he is busy.

Reet gets excited hearing that Katha has gone to Lonavla and notices someone named Sameer calling Yuvraj.

Before Reet can pick it up, Yuvraj takes away the phone and leaves for his office with the children.
