Today's Katha Ankahee 2nd August 2023 episode starts with Viaan getting stunned to find Aarav sitting at the dining table.

Aarav pretends to get equally surprised to see Viaan standing at the entrance and he exclaims that he never thought that his best friend Robin is his mom's boss.

He tells Viaan that he has come here to invite him to Katha’s birthday party while Viaan tries his best to keep his nervousness together.

Meanwhile, Tejji feels confused after hearing Robin and Batman's names so Viaan clarifies that he is Aarav’s best friend.

Aarav exclaims that it is so cool that he is best friends with Viaan as Tejji is also good friends with Kavita.

He even urges Tejji to attend Katha’s birthday party because Kavita will also be there and Tejji awkwardly agrees.

When Viaan and Aarav get into the car to leave, Aarav excitedly orders Viaan to meet his mom today.

Viaan tries to avoid the topic by suggesting that it is not necessary for him to meet Katha since he already knows her but Aarav keeps insisting on him.

Aarav even calls Katha to let her know that he is bringing his best friend to their apartment and he wants Katha to meet Robin.

As the car arrives at Katha’s apartment block, Aarav jumps out of the car, dragging Viaan with him.

He introduces Katha and Viaan, saying that he wants Katha to be friends with Viaan from now on for his sake.

Hearing this, KaViaan looks at each other anxiously, behaving as if they are learning about Aarav’s friendship with Viaan for the first time.

Katha then turns around to leave with Aarav while Viaan advises Katha to stay calm until he finds a way to solve this problem.

On the other hand, Ehsan and Vanya are having meeting with the queen about the Rajasthan heritage project but both of them fail to co-ordinate with each other about the project.

The queen informs Ehsan and Vanya that half of her family members are not happy about the mansion being renovated so it is pointless to discuss the project now.

Ehsan, however, convinces the queen to give them one last chance to make the royal family accept the project idea as it is always wise to move on with time.

The queen agrees to accept this offer and she also advises Ehsan and Vanya to resolve their issues before the next meet-up.

She announces that Ehsan and Vanya need to work as a team if they really want to get the project and convince her family members.

As Ehsan and Vanya nod their head, the queen walks away from there and Vanya questions Ehsan if he is ready to work as a team.

She extends her hand for a handshake which Ehsan accepts.

In the meantime, Viaan calls Katha to inform her that Tejji has promised to attend the birthday party after Aarav requested her which makes Katha panic.

She starts questioning Viaan about what kind of dress she should wear and how she should behave with Tejji since Tejji already does not like her while Viaan replies that Katha just needs to behave normally.

He then requests Katha to meet him after the clock strikes twelve o'clock so he can wish her happy birthday which Katha gladly accepts.

After cutting the call, he goes to talk to Tejji and starts explaining to her that he has learned Katha feels the same way about him, so now he wants Tejji to accept Katha since he does not want to choose between his love and his mother.

Tejji urges Viaan to calm down because she is ready to give Katha a chance if she means everything to Viaan.
