Today's Katha Ankahee 3rd March 2023 episode starts with Viaan finding out by asking Katha how she managed to get through the situation she was in, especially regarding Aarav’s disease.

Katha tells Viaan that giving up was never an option for her as she had to save Aarav at any cost, so she never thought the situation to be comparative anytime.

Viaan says it must have been hectic dealing with such a thing in her life to which Katha replies that she was supported by many people like Reva, and Falguni who took care of both Aarav and her.

Katha tells Viaan about Neerja who came as an angel in their lives, first as a donor, and then as an irreplaceable part of their family.

Viaan feels happy hearing Katha and tells her that she is lucky to have so many people in her life who care about her, which Katha acknowledges.

Katha talks about how Dodo (Neerja) is now Aarav’s best friend, crime partner, and joke friend despite being a stranger to them.

Viaan asks Katha about the name “Dodo” to which Katha replies by explaining to him the full form as “Doctor Donor.”

As the network comes back, Katha receives the call from Ehsan who bursts out in a heated manner, asking her where she is and why she did not contact him.

Katha greets Ehsan calmly and tells him that they stayed the night in a farmhouse, as their car got busted and Ehsan asks Katha why he wasn't informed about the matter.

Katha savagely tells Ehsan that she informed her family as soon as she got network as that was the only thing necessary.

Ehsan understands his nosy attitude and says sorry to Katha for his over-activeness towards her as he was just worried about her.

Katha also apologizes to Ehsan for being rude and says that she will meet Ehsan the next day at the office.

Meanwhile, Kavita asks Reet what she talked about to Tejji, to which Reet says that Tejji told her a lot about Katha.

Kavita says that she introduced Tejji to Katha for the first time but Reet tells her about Viaan being Katha’s boss and a bit too admirable toward her which is worrying Tejji.

Reet tells Kavita that Katha went to Lonavla with Viaan which makes Kavita a bit thoughtful.

At the same time, Viaan notices Katha sleeping and supports her head gently with his hand so that she does not fall.

After they reach Katha’s home, Viaan wakes up Katha and says a sweet goodbye to her like normal colleagues.

At night, Viaan writes verses about love while thinking of Katha as he is happy to talk to her without getting uncomfortable.

On the other hand, Katha and Aarav play the guessing game where Aarav tells the movie’s name as a ghost one which reminds Katha of Viaan’s joke about ghosts.

Katha smiles faintly but her smile fades away as she stares at the pictures of her and Aditya together.

The next day, Tejji reads Viaan’s diary and wakes him up asking him to come downstairs for breakfast.

Tejji says that she has forgiven Viaan which lifts a weight from his chest and he shares a hug with his mother while planning for Holi.

Tejji intentionally rejects a girl because she is an architect as she does not want an employee, to make Viaan realize that Katha is not an option for him.
