Today's Katha Ankahee 7th March 2023 episode starts with Katha getting a call from Sneha's old-age home assistant.

The assistant questions Katha about what she wants as she is tired of telling Neerja's sons that Neeraj does not live here anymore.

Katha mentions that Neerja has her own little family now to which the assistant replies that she has heard from Neerja that she lives in a zoo with a monkey.

Katha then urges the assistant to give her the phone number of Neerja’s sons to invite them to Neerja’s surprise party and even though, the assistant gives the phone numbers to Katha, she makes it very clear that she is sure that they will not come.

Meanwhile, Viaan is descending the stairs with a nervous look as he feels confused about how to approach Katha.

He finds Katha entering the lift and he runs to stop the lift as he recalls Aarav’s advice of just confessing everything without making it complicated.

As the elevator door is about to close, Viaan puts his hands hurriedly between the doors.

At the same time, Ehsan notices Viaan entering the lift which has Katha inside with a dumbstruck expression on his face.

Inside the elevator, Viaan faces Katha bravely but his bravery does not last long as he notices the nervous look on Katha’s face.

He questions Katha about where she is going to which Katha replies that she has some work to finish.

Katha asks Viaan if he needs something which makes Viaan ancious and he stutters that he is heading to the meeting room on the ground floor.

However, as the elevator opens on the ground floor, Katha walks out and turns one last time to question Viaan if he will not come out.

Viaan makes up an excuse that he has forgotten his phone in his cabin so he has to go back.

Afterward, in the cafe, Katha requests Neerja’s sons to resolve their issues with their mom.

One of Neerja’s sons informs Katha that their father has not done any savings during his life for their secure future except to buy a plot in a village.

He goes on to say that someone captured their plot but when Neerja won the case, she did not give them ownership.

Katha gets surprised as she realizes that Neerja's sons are very self-centered and she makes it very clear that she is not here to talk about the property.

She suggests they meet Neerja and discuss this thing as no mother wants to spend her old age separate from her sons.

However, this backfires as Neerja's sons accuse her of using the old lady to get her to sign the property papers in her name so she can buy an apartment and leave the rented one.

On the other hand, Kailash informs Kavita that today, she will watch an animated movie in the theater with Reet, Kiara, and Arna since he will be having a boy's movie night with Yuvraj.

Kailash questions Kavita if Yuvraj will show up and Kavita urges him not to worry as Yuvraj will surely show up.

Later that evening, Viaan watches Katha's cabin with sad eyes when Katha enters.

Noticing, Katha's sad face, Viaan urges her to spill if she is okay and Katha unloads her burden on Viaan by revealing that a person has changed her and Aarav's lives yet her sons are very selfish.

Viaan listens to Katha's words intensely as he recalls Neerja's smiling face and he sends Katha home for the day whereas Kailash reveals that Yuvraj did not show up to Kavita.

Afterward, at home, Katha and Aarav surprise Neerja with a portrait of their happy little family, bringing tears to her eyes.
