Today's Katha Ankahee 9th June 2023 episode starts with Viaan advising Katha they should lie to their families about having a meeting as they cannot let them know about this incident.

As Katha nods in panic, Viaan turns to Ehsan, urging him to send Farah to Tejji’s house otherwise Tejji will stress.

Ehsan nods his head and Viaan also states that Ehsan should also stay in the hotel room just to portray that everyone is staying at Earthcon to finish a project deadline.

He walks away from there while the doctor enters Viaan’s office to get their blood samples.

However, Viaan closes his eyes out of fear as he notices Katha giving her blood very bravely, and when his turn comes, he questions the doctor if he can avoid this.

He spreads his arm with his eyes closed and starts flinching as he notices the needle in the doctor’s hand.

Katha suddenly asks Viaan about how she should deal with Aarav as Aarav is calling her continuously and Viaan suggests that he plays an old meeting record so Katha can do a video call with Aarav.

The doctor then announces that he has taken the blood test and Katha asks Viaan if he felt any pain.

He just stares at Katha with amazement as Katha distracted him through the process.

Meanwhile, Ehsan urges Jeetu Bhai to keep the virus news hidden till they learn the results and then they can decide if they should announce work from home for other employees.

On the other hand, Aarav tells everyone with a sad face that it is the first time Katha has cut his call, instead, she has messaged him, saying she will call him later.

Aarav’s sadness does not last long as Kavita orders him to wash his hands since she has made Chole Bhature for him and Aarav along with Kirara and Arna runs to wash their hands.

Reet suddenly approaches Kavita and informs her that this is just the beginning of Katha getting late.

She cunningly claims that Katha could have said no to Viaan for any more work as she is neglecting Aarav for this.

At the same time, Kailash stands up furiously, asking Reet why she cannot let Katha live her life peacefully which causes Reet to lower her eyes in embarrassment.

Kailash reminds Reet that Katha takes care of Aarav along with her work whereas Reet has the job to give a good upbringing to her kids so Reet should not teach her kids.

As Reet walks away from there feeling hurt by Kailash's words, Yuvraj informs Kailash that he has tried to make Reet understand that Katha has a separate life yet Reet behaves this way.

On the other hand, Tejji reveals to Farah that Katha and Viaan are staying in the same office but Farah urges her to enjoy herself since Viaan is crazy about his work.

Tejji then gets a call from Viaan who lies that he is having a late meeting with his teammates whereas Katha also tells Aarav the same thing on video.

Though Aarav gets upset, he happily accepts to stay with his cousins and Kailash urges Katha to take care.

Meanwhile, Yuvraj tries to make Reet understand that Katha has a different life from hers while Reet announces that everyone always compares her with Katha.

She orders Yuvraj to leave her alone for some time and Yuvraj walks away from the room.

Back in Earthcon, Viaan is freaking out about him turning positive and because this virus has no cure and then his mom will be left alone.

However, Katha orders him to remove the mask as she has already spent so much time with him which means she is also infected.

Viaan calms down for a bit but a text on his phone causes him to freak out again.
