Today's Katha Ankahee 9th October 2023 episode starts with Ehsan explaining to Viaan how he stopped Maya from discovering the truth during the time Katha and Viaan went to the Darga.

He further explains that he thought Maya had stopped going after Katha when he heard her talking to Tejji about it, but now it seems like Maya was just trying to get Ehsan off her back by saying that.

Hearing this, Viaan replies cryingly that he does not care what Ehsan thinks of him now because he still carries the guilt while Ehsan comments how he does not hold any grudges against Viaan for this.

Ehsan suggests that Katha loves Viaan with all her heart which itself is proof that Viaan has changed so he does not want to be angry at Viaan for his past mistake.

On the other hand, Aarav admits to Katha about how his friend was bullying him for not telling him the real reason for the breaking marriage between Katha and Viaan.

He explains that his friend was accusing Katha of being the one to hurt Viaan which is why he punched the friend in the face as he cannot hear anything against Katha.

This revelation breaks Katha’s heart and she pulls Aarav into a hug, saying that neither she nor Viaan are responsible for the breakup.

She explains that the circumstances are against them while Aarav cries as every adult is keeping secrets from him now which is heartbreaking to him.

Aarav questions in anguish about why Katha cannot tell him the real reason for the breakup which causes Katha to pause for a moment as she thinks about how she is hiding the real truth from everyone.

Katha then goes to meet the friend's parents in the hospital but the mother rudely orders Katha to keep an eye on Aarav's behaviour because it is getting worse day by day.

With a fallen face, Katha apologizes to the mother after hearing this and when she is passing by Viaan's hospital cabin, she steals a few glances only to find the bed empty.

She gets very curious after noticing this so she goes into the room to look for Viaan yet as soon as she hears the bathroom door opening, she hides behind hospital curtains.

When Viaan arrives in the room, he can feel as if someone is there while Katha looks at Viaan from a distance with longing eyes and Viaan walks out of the room unfortunately after the nurse asks him to sign a paper.

In the meantime, Maya begs Tejji to let her meet Viaan once so Tejji takes her to the hospital where Viaan refuses to see Maya and terms her selfish.

He announces that everything is just a game for Maya, further stating that she will lose since he will bring his wife Katha and his son Aarav back into his life again.

Hearing this, Maya gets hurt, so after Viaan walks out of the room with Tejji she calls Reet, ordering her to spill the truth out in front of Kailash otherwise everyone in the Garewal family will come to know how it was Reet who ruined the wedding.

This conversation gets overheard by Katha who is hiding behind the curtains and Katha decides to tell Kailash the truth herself before Reet can do anything.

Meanwhile, Ehsan drives Tejji and Viaan to the Garewal house and when Viaan enters the house, he first notices Katha in the hall so he stops in his tracks in shock just to admire her.

Whereas, Reet brings Yuvraj home and Kailash confronts him about the reason for hitting Viaan; leading Yuvraj to lie about Viaan being a filthy person.
