Today's Kavya Ek Jazba Ek Junoon 23rd October 2023 episode starts with Omi getting shocked to see Adhiraj standing by the door.

Adhiraj asks Omi to whom he is talking which makes him realize that Adhiraj could not hear what he was talking about when Omi smiles with relief in his heart.

Omi says that it is nothing important and asks Adhiraj to come to him after which Adhiraj brings tea for him, complimenting their manager for making such good tea.

Adhiraj and Omi talk about how Adhiraj might find it difficult to stay there without any facilities when Omi asks his brother to come to the guest house to rest there.

However, Adhiraj declines the offer and tells Omi that he has been taught team skills and he should cooperate with his batchmates, especially his captain who is morally strict.

Omi laughs hearing Adhiraj being scared of a girl named Kavya Bansal and asks Adhiraj if there is something going on between him and Kavya.

Meanwhile, Kavya comes into the hospital building and looks around the abandoned beds and equipment when her eyes fall on the wall where her sister's name is still written with killer written beside it.

Kavya comes to the lockers and finds Navya's doctor coat inside the locker which makes Kavya emotional.

Just then, the watchman comes inside and tells Kavya that Navya is the reason he lost his son who died in his arms due to the fake injection Navya gave him.

The watchman says that even though Navya committed suicide from the roof of the same building, still he curses Navya to never rest in hell which leaves Kavya speechless.

Elsewhere, Adhiraj blushes as Omi taunts him about Kavya after which Omi says that one day he wishes to see pride on Giriraj's face as he faces him.

Adhiraj says that whatever Giriraj thinks does not matter as he respects Omi as his older brother after which Omi hugs him and leaves the house.

At the same time, Malini calls Anjali, asking her to come to her house the next day to have tea which makes Anjali excited and she starts planning.

Later, at night everyone gets ready to sleep and start a pillow fight when they notice that Kavya is nowhere to be seen.

Kavya comes and gets hit by a pillow which makes her fall on Adhiraj and they crash on the bed together, locking their eyes with each other.

Adhiraj reports to Kavya about the file work he was supposed to do after she wants him to give her the update.

The next day, Omi starts beating up a shopkeeper who refuses to close his shop when Giriraj gets connected on a call and asks Omi to calm down and instead give money to that shopkeeper.

Kavya and Adhiraj get similar replies from every supplier as they say that they have no stocks and will have material after one month.

Anjali calls Kavya to ask what saree she should wear but Kavya ignores it after which Adhiraj calls Anjali and tells her the best possible combination.

Adhiraj makes Kavya realize that she has been ignoring her family due to her work and thanks Adhiraj for stopping her from committing such a mistake.

However, Adhiraj asks Kavya to handle everything as he does not want the project to succeed after which Kavya finds the situation very suspicious.

Later, Kavya comes to a supplier's shop and acts as a medicine supplier which makes the owner ask her if she has also been called not to give any material to the hospital.

Kavya hears about the call and realizes that her suspicion is correct and there is someone who does not want them to restart the hospital.
