Today's Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi 3 12 October 2021 episode starts with the lawyer advising to settle the case of Suhana's custody out of court otherwise the custody will go to Sanjana only.

Elina shows her concern for Sonakshi and tells her that between Sanjana and Dev the roadblock is Sonakshi. Sanjana will try to make a way for her and remove Sonakshi from her way.

Sonakshi tells her that there is nothing to worry about as her and Dev’s relations are good now.

On the other hand, Prerna comes to Dev’s office and accuses that the designs are designed by her. Seeing Prerna, Sanjana remembers how she copied her designs to get the job at Dev's office. Sanjana fake calls to the assistant and tells her that Prerna’s car is being towed so she must go and stop them from doing so. Hearing this Prerna leaves.

Later, Dev brings Sanjana home. Sonakshi gives Sanjana the gift she sent for Suhana and tells her to give it herself. Seeing the dollhouse Suhana becomes happy and takes her to show her the doll’s collection she has.

In the midway, Ayush stops them to play treasure hunt and hands a map to them. Sanjana sees Neha taking out medicines for Ishwari.

Neha tells her that due to Sonakshi’s mother’s death there were many issues between Dev and Sonakshi.

Hearing this Sanjana gets a weak point in Dev and Sonakshi’s relation.

Meanwhile, the kids come to Sanjana to show the treasures they found in the game, and tells her to go and find the treasures in her map. The first location clue she gets is Dev’s bedroom. She goes into his bedroom.

On the other hand, Sonakshi doesn’t find Sanjana around and she starts finding her.
