Today's Kumkum Bhagya 11th March 2023 episode starts with Akshay bumping into Prachi, dropping both of their phones in the process.

He apologizes to her by picking up the phone and returning it to her.

Prachi picks up Akshay’s phone and returns it to him, advising him to try meditation for a giddy mind , and departs to continue her work.

Akshay knows that Prachi holds some tragic past that she is still trying to hide.

On the other hand, Ranbeer is extremely happy with having multiple reasons for the same. 

He thinks that the person Akshay is in love with is Priya, not Prachi and the second is because he finally gets the finance for his project on the basis of his own capability.

However, he remembers Khushi and thinks of celebrating his happiness along with her.

Ranbeer heads towards Khushi’s flower stall after buying her favourite Vada Pav and pastries.

In the evening, Daadi is confused to have been called by Ashok who wants to talk about something important.

After coming in front of Prachi’s house, Ashok discloses his wish about the proposal for Akshay and Prachi to marry each other.

Dadi politely informs him that Prachi is not ready for a relationship due to a turbulent past, and fears the same to happen again.

While discussing the matter, they spot Prachi parking her car in the parking lot and coming towards them with a curious expression.

Ashok is embarrassed and quickly tells Prachi that he just happened to see Daadi while driving and stopped by to talk with her and expresses that he should leave now.

Prachi is left confused as she sees Ashok going away and asks Daadi what the matter is.

Daadi quietly beckons her to come inside with a troubled expression.

This alarms Prachi and she quickly goes inside the house repeating the question.

Shahana also comes and they both tell her about Ranbeer’s family also wishing to adopt Khushi.

Prachi quietly tells them that she already knows this as she could see in Ranbeer’s eyes that he also wishes to adopt Khushi.

However, it doesn't matter because Khushi will be coming to Prachi's house and she is sure of it.

She expresses her desire that she doesn’t want to lose her daughter again as she did 6 years ago.

On the other hand, Ranbeer reaches Khushi’s flower stall to find her selling flowers on the signal with a scarf tied.

He grabs the goodies he has brought for her and walks towards Khushi who just stares at Ranbeer timidly.

He takes her with him and expresses his happiness and shows her what he has brought for her.

Ranbeer notices that Khushi has been unusually silent and is covering up her face.

Upon asking what the matter is, Khushi tells him that she must sell all the flowers as instructed by Lali and heads toward the signal.

However, he holds her hand, to which she moans in pain.

Ranbeer is worried and asks her what has happened to her and just then, he notices the bruise marks on her small hands and plump face.

He asks who has done this to her as she begins to cry out in rage.

Khushi simply hugs him, finally expressing the pain she is feeling after being beaten up by Laali.
