Today's Kumkum Bhagya 11th October 2023 episode starts with Ranbeer sitting beside Prachi and feeling tears well up in his eyes.

He kisses her forehead and sits beside her holding her hand while she slowly regains consciousness.

Prachi and Ranbeer's sweet moment

She calls out to him and he is happy to see her while he tells her not to move too much and that Khushi is fine.

Prachi scolds him leading Ranbir to complain that he cannot even cry in front of her.

She tells him that she is alive and in front of him while thanking him for being there when she needed him.

Ranbir asks her to promise that she will never separate him from herself while she smiles at him with tears in his eyes.

Akshay sees them through the window and is about to enter but Abhay stops him.

Meanwhile, the key maker arrives at the Tandon house as Divya, Mihika, and Vishakha make up a lie in front of Manpreet.

At the same time, Akshay enters the room and asks Ranbir to let him talk to his wife as Ranbir stands up from the chair.

Akshay holds Prachi's hand and tells her that he feels worried for her as he tried calling her many times but could not after which he called Ranbeer.

Prachi tells him that it was Ranbir who saved her and Khushi's life.

She talks about how she could not have forgiven herself if something had happened to Khushi and that's when the nurse comes there and tells the visitors to leave.

Ranbeer threatens Akshay

Ranbeer signals Prachi to stay strong and leaves while the nurse tells Prachi that she should have been with Ranbeer.

Back at home, the door is opened and Mihika runs out while Manpreet notices that the room is thrashed.

At the hospital, Akshay is about to attack Ranbir but Ranbir threatens to beat him to a pulp if he even tries to do something and starts to walk away.

Akshay stops him and angrily tells him that he is Prachi's husband while the hospital has mistaken Ranbir as her husband.

Ranbir tells him that he is ready to be anything of Prachi as he only cares about her while telling him that he will be mixed with dirt if Ranbeer starts proving that he is Prachi's husband.

He tells Akshay that it is because of these tactics that he will not let Akshay be with Prachi and tells him to bring his head to the right path.

Ranbeer gets into Akshay's face, telling him that he knows the truth that Prachi is not his wife.

Before they can argue more, the nurse comes there, telling Ranbeer that Prachi is calling for him.

Meanwhile, Akshay tells Abhay that it is time to make sure that everything is fair in love and war.

In the hospital, Ranbeer holds Prachi's hand while she tells him that she is feeling worried for Khushi and requests him to check on her.

He tells her to calm down and states that he misses her a lot while she tells him that she needs nothing now that he is in front of her.

She requests him to take her to Khushi and gets up but he makes her lie back down, seeing her getting unconscious as he goes to get a doctor.

Meanwhile, Akshay has seen all this and gets angry as he stomps away.

At the Tandon house, Mihika starts doing her psycho drama while the police arrive there to arrest Mihika.

She comes forward while the police officer states that she has tried to kill Prachi Tandon.

Ranbeer drags the doctor back to Prachi's room while Mihika asks if Prachi is dead or alive.

The police officer states that Prachi is alive and in the hospital along with Khushi while Ashok and Manpreet say that their daughter cannot do this.

Vishakha states that Akshay must have told the police when Akshay came there and informs the police that it was Ranbeer who failed the breaks.

The doctor checks Prachi and informs Ranbeer that she is alright as he starts rambling to her about how much he loves her.
