Today's Kumkum Bhagya 12 March 2021 episode starts with a conversation between Abhi and Pragya.

Abhi says until and unless Pragya shows her face he won’t wear new clothes.

Meanwhile, Mitali observes from the window. Suddenly Abhi grabs Pragya and forcefully pulls Pragya to see her face.

Mitali then rushes to tell Aliya that Abhi is acting insane again.

Abhi then sees Pragya’s face and recognizes her partly. He brings the Fuggi doll to Pragya and then says that she looks like her.

Later, Aliya calls everyone for family lunch.

Daadi instructs Tanu to mind her own business and not to interfere in their house matters.

In between, Tanu asks Pallavi why isn’t Ranbir ready for engagement to which Pallavi answers casually.

Pallavi is seen worried as she thinks Ranbir knows her health truth and now he won't get convinced to marry Rhea.

Prachi is upset and will lock herself in the room as she is worried for Pragya.

Abhi and Pragya will be seen together having a sweet time and he goes to change his clothes on Pragya's order.

Pragya feels sad to see Abhi acknowledging everything but not able to understand.

Mitali then brings a food plate and handovers to Pragya to feed Abhi.
