Kumkum Bhagya 20th August 2023 Written Episode Update: Kumkum written update

Today's Kumkum Bhagya 20th August 2023 episode starts with Ranbeer and Prachi continuing to play with water and sprinkling water on each other as if they are little kids while Pallavi sees them and shakes her head.

Pallavi says that she cannot do anything about these children and locks the room from the outside as she goes out to get coffee for them so that they come to their senses.

Ranbir and Prachi come out of the bathroom while giggling together and sit on the bed after which Prachi asks Ranbir why Pallavi left them alone.

Ranbir dreamily says that Pallavi wants them to make love and asks Prachi to kiss him but Prachi replies to Ranbir that she shall kiss him after he closes his eyes and she counts till 5.

Prachi childishly starts counting to 5 while Ranbir repeats after her pointing his cheek toward Prachi innocently.

Meanwhile, Dida acts like she has hurt her leg and tells Manveer, Akshay, and Vishakha that she needs serious treatment for the pain to go away.

Akshay proposes to call Pallavi and Ranbir but Dida says that she needs a doctor instead and Akshay goes downstairs to bring the doctor who has come as a guest.

An unknown man enters the house and bumps into Pallavi which makes his phone fall to the floor and Pallavi gets surprised to see Mihika's picture on the screen.

However, before Pallavi can tell that man anything, he walks away and she hurries over to get coffee as Ranbir and Prachi need to be fixed.

The man notices Mihika coming down the stairs while Mihika tries to call Mayank and walks away as he does not answer her with the man going after her.

On the other hand, Prachi continues to count to 18 and realizes that she has left 5 behind a long time ago while Ranbir asks Prachi to start over and falls on the bed.

Prachi pouts her lips to kiss Ranbir but gets annoyed as he has moved from his position when Pallavi comes there with two cups of Karah that she has made.

Ranbir and Prachi unwillingly drink the karah and Pallavi takes Ranbir with her to take him to the engagement venue.

With Pallavi dragging out Ranbir, Ranbir dramatically screams Prachi's name with Prachi also forwarding her hands in yearning.

Elsewhere, the man tries to abduct Mihika with chloroform on his handkerchief but Mayank knocks him out and instead himself makes Mihika inhale the drug and make her faint.

With the help of Pradip, Mayank drags away that man and takes Mihika with him while a waiter catches a glimpse of them but gets distracted by a diamond necklace on the floor.

Later, Ashok asks everyone to bring Ranbir and Mihika to the living room as it is time for the engagement but no one seems to know where the two of them are.

Pallavi brings Ranbir and he says that he cannot do the engagement anymore, which shocks everyone.

However, Ranbir says that without Mihika he cannot start the engagement by himself making everyone release a sigh of relief.

Vishakha notices Ranbir's slurry words and asks if he is drunk, to which Pallavi confesses that Ranbir drank a bit but he will recover soon as he has taken medicine.

Prachi also comes to the living room while stumbling in her steps as she is still dizzy due to the drink she consumed.
