Today's Kumkum Bhagya 20th February 2023 episode starts with Kaya coming out of the office and checking everywhere to be sure that the black car is nowhere around.

Kaya relaxes on seeing that the car is not there and leaves after getting into her cab.

Meanwhile, Sahana makes a note of things she needs for the new house when Dadi comes there and asks her where Prachi is.

Sahana asks Dadi why she has not slept yet and tells her that Prachi is busy with her beauty routine in her room.

Dida scolds Sahana for not informing her earlier as she needs to talk about something important to Prachi.

Prachi welcomes Dadi into her room and asks her how she is feeling currently.

Dadi tells Prachi that she is a bit tired after traveling and says that Prachi is very happy (Khushi) these days.

Prachi mistakes happiness for Khushi and says that Khushi is very adorable and cute and always brings a smile to her face.

While talking about Khushi, Prachi mistakenly utters Panchi’s name and gets upset as the sadness again surrounds her.

Dadi asks Prachi if she still misses Panchi every day to which Prachi replies that there has not been a day when she has not cried for Panchi.

Prachi says that she has lost a part of herself after losing Khushi which makes Dadi concerned about her.

Dadi asks Prachi to adopt a child who can complete her void of loneliness left by the loss of Panchi.

Prachi gets shocked as Dadi asks her to adopt Khushi and at least think about that suggestion for now as both of them love each other.

On the other hand, Lali notices the expensive clothes and asks Khushi why she did not buy anything for her from the shop.

Khushi tells Lali that she cannot just demand things like that to which Lali decides that she will return the dresses to the shop and buy a saree for herself.

As Lali asks Khushi to select a dress that she wants to keep, Khushi decides to keep the dress selected by Prachi and Ranbir.

Lali orders Khushi to sell all the flowers at the temple the next day or else she will not get dinner that night.

Khushi gets pushed away on the floor by Lali and screams “Mamma” while Prachi wakes up from her sleep screaming Khushi’s name.

The next day, Khushi sells flowers to people and tells Juhi’s mother that she has learned all her knowledge from her grandma.

Just then, Pallavi appears in front of the temple and searches for Dida who faints in the middle of the road.

Khushi stops all the cars coming toward Dida and helps her to walk to the car while Pallavi also joins them and drives to home hurriedly.

Aryan tells Ranbir that he does not want to marry Damini to which Ranbir replies that Aryan still has feelings for Sahana.

Pallavi, Dida, and Khushi enter the house making Ranbir surprised and they take Dida to her room to be checked by the doctor.

The doctor checks Dida and announces that it is nothing but acidity making everyone feel relieved.

Khushi scolds Dida when she says that she thought she had something life-threatening while Pallavi says that Khushi helped her a lot in bringing Dida.

Ranbir introduces everyone to Khushi and says that he knows her from before.
