Today's Kumkum Bhagya 22 February 2021 episode starts with Aliya getting into an argument with family members to prove Pragya is the reason behind Abhi’s critical condition.

Meanwhile, the doctor interrupts to inform them that Abhi’s condition is getting worse and they need to approach a senior doctor.

Pragya is trying to escape from the goons but she is helpless and prays god to save her.

Reha arrives at the hospital and gets emotional as she sees Abhi’s critical condition in the ICU.

Family members try to console Reha while she questions about Pragya’s absence.

So, Aliya tries to manipulate Reha that Pragya is the reason behind Abhi’s critical situation while Prachi defends Pragya.

The senior doctor examines Abhi and tells the Mehra family about the report of Abhi.

The report says that the survival chances of Abhi are only five present and they have to take the risk of operating Abhi.
