Today's Kumkum Bhagya 24th April 2023 episode starts with Prachi hugging Akshay as she narrates the incident to him whereas Ranbeer is shocked to see them together.

Shahana and Badi Dadi join Prachi in the hospital and ask her about Khushi and rush towards ICU.

Prachi completes the formalities while Ranbeer thinking about Prachi and Akshay, murmurs that he loves her a lot.

However, Pallavi and Daljeet contemplate Khushi’s condition as the doctors operate on her.

Pallavi asks Dida to take care of herself as they need to handle Ranbeer and be his strength in these testing times.

Further, Rhea calms them down and tells them that god is fulfilling all her wishes these days and will save Khushi as well.

Badi Dida and Shahana join them outside ICU as everyone prays for Khushi’s well-being.

Meanwhile, the nurse in the reception refers to Ranbeer as Prachi’s husband and they remember their memories together.

Ranbeer and Prachi walk past each other and share eye contact and sign the documents in the hospital.

However, Akshay calls Ashok and informs him about Prachi’s well-being and jokes with him as the father and son share a fun banter.

In the hospital, Prachi and Ranbeer think about each other as they remember Akshay and Rhea hugging them, respectively.

Ranbeer exclaims in pain as his right hand is hurt while Prachi asks Ranbeer to come with her as the doctors are busy in an emergency.

Prachi bandages Ranbeer as he jokes with her and asks her to calm down.

Ranbeer screams in pain as he complains to Prachi for her rude behaviour and apologises to her.

Prachi cleans his wound and puts the anti-septic on him while he keeps cracking jokes to make the situation light.

Their heads bang into each other as they stare into eyes and get lost in each other.

Ranbeer shares the anecdote of a similar situation in their college times with Prachi.

While he is about to fall but Prachi saves him in time and offers him her hand to hold.

She asks Ranbeer if he is fine but he taunts her for wanting to leave his hand.

Prachi tells him that he left her without even bothering about finding her.

Ranbeer tells her that he made every effort to find her but none of his efforts turned into any success.

Prachi is zoned in some parallel universe thinking about the conversation.

Ranbeer calls her out making Prachi realize the reality is different.

She rushes towards Ashok and hugs him, leaving Ranbeer behind.

Ranbeer is heartbroken by her behaviour and memories of their beautiful past take over his mind

Meanwhile, Pallavi outside the ICU, calls life unpredictable as it can put anyone in any situation at any time.

Shahana informs everyone about Lalli not being Khushi’s biological mother and her absence from the hospital proves the same.

The doctor informs the family about Khushi being critical as her health condition is unstable as they pray for her successful surgery.
