Today's Kumkum Bhagya 24 February 2021 episode starts with the goons searching for Pragya in the hospital.

On the other hand, Digvijay comes to the kidnappers location and asks for Pragya but he gets to know she is escaped and gets angry.

Pragya remembers the promise made by Abhi to her and cries pressing his heart.

Due to the massive push and pull-on heart Abhi’s pulse comes back.

Pragya immediately calls the doctor but the goons find Pragya and start following her.

As the goons are following, Pragya faints in the hospital and one of the doctors notices her and takes her to ward.

The goon helplessly had to return.

Pragya falls into a coma and wakes up after two days. As soon as Pragya wakes up she rushes to see Abhi despite Prachi trying to stop her.

Aliya calls Rhea to have breakfast when Rhea reacts to everyone at the dining table that they do not care about Abhi and leaves.

Prachi and Sarita aunty get tensed about Pragya as it is been a while and Pragya has not yet returned.

Mitali asks Aliya how can we make Rhea understand the situation of Abhi.

Aliya talks maintaining a secrete about Abhi while Pragya comes.
