Today's Kumkum Bhagya 26th March 2023 episode starts with Dadi coming to Shahana’s room and telling her that Prachi is in some trouble and she can feel it in her bones. 

Meanwhile, Prachi is crying with happiness at finding her sister back. 

Just then, Dadi calls her and asks her why is she crying while she tells them that she is at Ranbeer’s house. 

Prachi tells her that she met Rhea today which shocks them. 

Meanwhile, Prachi tells her that meeting Rhea feels like meeting her mother and she reveals she is very happy.

Dadi tells her to always be happy and come back home soon. 

On the other hand, Akshay insists on Ranbeer, introducing him to his girlfriend. 

However, Ranbeer changes the subject and tells him that he have to express his feeling in a way that his girl gets it immediately and says yes. 

After a while, Ranbeer tells Akshay to record his proposal in the form of poetry and they will display it on the projector and then, his girlfriend will definitely say yes to him. 

After a while, Ranbir writes the couplet on the paper that he used to propose to Prachi and tells Akshay to record it in his voice. 

Meanwhile, Badi Dida tells Dida that they will have to make Prachi realize that they have moved on in their life. 

To do this, Badi Dida taunts Prachi for forgetting her family and not telling them that she is alive.

She also asks her what this family does to her to turn her against them. 

She also tells her that they were told that Prachi's body was discovered and they believed she was dead. 

Later, Rhea came back into their lives and helped them move on in life and even risked her life to save Pallavi once. 

Prachi feels surprisingly happy and tells them if mother would have been there, then she would have been very happy. 

On the other hand, Ranbeer tells Akshay to show him how he will propose while Akshay tells him that he will do it on his own so he should go. 

After failing to convince Akshay to let him help, Ranbeer tells him to give the pen drive to DJ after recording it. 

Ranbir searches for Khushi while Pallavi tells him that she left with Lali.

Ranbeer gets disappointed and tells her that he will go and get Khushi back as he will not cut the cake without her. 

Ranbeer calls Khushi and tells her that his birthday is incomplete without her and accuses her of leaving without talking to him. 

However, Khushi tells him that Lali has to sleep which is why she left. 

Pallavi tells Ranbeer that he can go and cut the cake tomorrow with her. 

Meanwhile, Prachi tells Rhea that she looks beautiful while Rhea tells Prachi that she looks prettier. 

Just then, Akshay comes there and after the introduction takes Prachi to the dance floor while Ranbeer dances with Rhea on Dida’s insistence.
