Today's Kumkum Bhagya 29th April 2023 episode starts with Prachi telling the doctor to not call security and promises to let him treat Khushi/Panchi and not be a bother.

She sees a nurse and goes towards her while Ranbeer looks around excited to tell her that Khushi is their Panchi.

He starts talking to her thinking that Prachi will hug him and then start scolding him for not telling him sooner.

Prachi goes to Bela, the nurse, and requests her to give her ID card to her so that she can meet her daughter.

Bela gives her and Prachi tells her that she will be back in a minute making her confused.

As Bela talks to the other nurse, she sees Prachi out in a nurse's uniform with a mask on and smiles at her intelligence.

On the other hand, Shahana reveals to Dadi about Khushi being Prachi's daughter and she gets happy but sees Ashok upset and goes to him.

He reveals to them that he is worried since he has never seen Akshay this in love with anyone else.

Dadi says that fate has its own plans and tells him that Prachi is soon going to give them shocking news.

Prachi enters Khushi's room and holds her hand while talking to her.

She starts crying as she tells Khushi that she is her daughter Panchi and sobs saying that she looked for her a lot and smiles saying that she has finally found her.

Prachi says that she has a lot of gifts for her and some are even from the time before she was born.

At last, Prachi hugs her feet and leaves telling Khushi/Panchi that she is both her sun and her moon.

The doctor comes into the office and Prachi puts on her mask so that he does not recognize her.

Meanwhile, in the waiting room, Pallavi sees Akshay in the hall and tells Dida about him while Vikram comes there and tells them that he is happy Akshay is in Prachi's life.

Akshay comes there and asks about Prachi while Vikram tells him to keep Prachi happy since she needs love in her life.

Feeling surprisingly comforted, Akshay reveals that he is the second person to say that to him and leaves after taking his blessings.

Pallavi tells Vikram that she thinks Ranbeer should marry Rhea since she knows he will be shattered if he sees Prachi getting married to Akshay.

In Khushi's room, the doctor assumes Prachi to be a nurse and tells her to read out Prachi's information from her file.

When she doesn't do that, the doctor asks her if she's been on too many double shifts and hands her the file for her to read aloud.

Akshay stands by the window and talks to the moon asking if he can be its friend too like Prachi is.

He wishes for Prachi's happiness and calls himself crazy for talking to the moon.

He turns and sees Prachi walking with a big smile and thinks that it is because of his wish to the moon.

Akshay says that he should have talked to the moon a lot sooner as Prachi runs to him and hugs him.

Meanwhile, Ranbeer sees Prachi and is about to run toward her but stops seeing her hug Akshay.

He leaves the hospital as he thinks about the moments leaving from him meeting Prachi to him losing Prachi.

He looks at the reports and thinks about Khushi as tears stream from his eyes at this twisted fate.
