Kumkum Bhagya 31st August 2023 Written Episode Update: Kumkum written update

Today's Kumkum Bhagya 31st August 2023 episode starts with Mihika coming to the kitchen and excitedly hugging Prachi telling her that she loves her.

Prachi asks her why and Mihika talks about how Ranbeer stayed back because of her.

Prachi helps Mihika!

Hearing this, Prachi states that she did not do anything and that she is happy that Mummy agreed.

Mihika asks her what she said while Prachi reiterates that she meant Ranbeer's mummy which Mihika believes.

Further, she talks about how she had only been in a fake relationship with Ranbir but in everything that has happened, she has fallen for Ranbeer in reality and wants to propose to her.

Prachi gets confused while Mihika reveals the whole truth about Ranbir, Mayank, and how he saved her from ending her life.

She states that she wants to confess her love to Ranbeer in such a way that Ranbeer also answers her positively.

She asks if she should book a resort or a hotel while Prachi tells her to just tell the truth to the person she loves.

Prachi holds Mihika's hands and tells her to tell Ranbeer 'I love you' while Shahana watches them from afar.

Prachi tells Mihika that she does not know why people have hyped up confessions and proposals so much and tells her that a true confession from the one you love is all you need.

On the other hand, Ranbeer is in his room picking up things as he wonders why Prachi still hasn't accepted that she loves him when Mihika comes into his room.

Thinking that it's Prachi, Ranbir says that he was just thinking about her not knowing that it's Mihika instead.

He apologizes while she asks him whom was he thinking about to which he responds that she is acting like his girlfriend.

Mihika says that it is because they are engaged and try to confess to him when Akshay comes there and takes Ranbir away with him.

Akshay challenges in Ranbeer

He takes Ranbir to the rooftop garden to drink with him while Mihika practices confessing to Ranbir.

Meanwhile, Ranbeer asks Akshay why has he brought him here while Akshay lies that he just wanted to drink with him as they will not be friends anymore as they will have an official relationship later.

Ranbeer tells him to not lie calling him a liar while Akshay says that he is the bigger liar.

They cheers on the lies and continue drinking while talking about the accusations they made against each other the previous day.

Akshay tells him to tell the truth and walks away while Ranbir comes to him and accepts that he tried to kiss Prachi the previous day.

He says that he is going to apologize to her about it but is not upset that he did but is upset that Prachi is upset with him.

Akshay laughed telling him that he knew and wanted Ranbir to accept so that he could punch her.

Ranbir jokes and mocks Akshay challenging him to try kissing Prachi in front of him and states that if Prachi refuses, he is going to punch Akshay.

Akshay says that Prachi is his wife while Ranbir smirkingly tells him that he knows there is no husband-wife relation between them.

On the other hand, Prachi packs her bags while Shahana comes there and stops her telling her that she is not there to talk about Ranbir but to talk about her as she is worried about her.

Ranbir reveals the truth!

She tells Prachi to talk about how Ranbeer trusted and respected her along with loving her in their marriage while Prachi reasons that he has doubted her.

Shahana tells her that mistakes do happen and reminds her how she is upset with him for getting engaged when she married Akshay in front of him.

She leaves telling Prachi that she's making a mistake in her life once again.

At the rooftop, Akshay states that things might not be right between him and Prachi but he is sure they will change after the business trip as he has booked a honeymoon suite for them before leaving.

Ranbir cries saying that he cannot let this happen as Prachi is his and will only be his.

Back at Ranbir's house, Pallavi cries to Bebe that Ranbir stayed back due to Prachi while Bebe tries to calm her.

Akshay goes to Vishakha and tells her about his challenge with Ranbir while showing her the pictures of Ranbir and Prachi's marriage.

On the other hand, a drunk Ranbeer stumbles into Mihika's room and confesses to her that he loves Prachi.
