Today's Kumkum Bhagya 3rd February 2023 episode starts with Lali waking up Khushi after receiving the big order from the hotel and asking her to be ready.

Khushi says that she will help Lali to arrange things to which Lali replies that she woke her up for that only.

Meanwhile, Ganesh informs Malti that the flower arrangement is done and they do not need to worry about that anymore.

Prachi assures Malti that the problem is solved now and everything will be okay now.

At the same time, those terrorists swear to cause destruction at the function so that they can fulfill their agenda.

After Prachi returns to the dining room, she spots Kaya sitting at her table and approaches her.

However, Prachi notices Kaya is looking a bit weak and discovers that she has a high fever running currently.

Prachi brings Kaya back to her room and says that she will order some good food and call a doctor for Kaya.

Kaya informs that her manager is bringing a doctor with him so she does not need to stress about it.

Prachi says that Kaya should eat something and cuts an apple for her, bringing it over for her.

However, Kaya tells Prachi that she will eat the apple only after Prachi tells her about the boy who hurt her.

Prachi agrees to talk about Ranbir to Kaya after she requests like a stubborn child.

As Kaya asks Prachi about their first encounter, Prachi tells her how she and Ranbir met each other in their college’s changing room.

Kaya gets intrigued by hearing Prachi while Prachi narrates how they turned into lovers from enemies.

Prachi says that "he" was very charming and handsome while Ranbir enters that floor and comes toward Kaya’s room.

Remembering Ranbir and her memories, Prachi becomes emotional and starts crying while Ranbir enters the room.

Prachi enters the washroom while Ranbir spots Kaya, wiping her tears, and tells her that the doctor will be here soon.

Kaya says that her friend started crying because she asked her about her lover who hurt her badly.

Ranbir says that love’s other name is pain as a person gives another human being access to hurt them without thinking anything.

Hearing Ranbir, Kaya asks him to pacify her friend who is inside by telling her the same thing he told her.

Meanwhile, Vikram, Pallavi, and Dida call Damini and her family to talk to them about why she rejected Aryan for the wedding.

Ranbir refuses to do anything like that but enters the washroom awkwardly after Kaya commands him to do what she is asking.

Prachi starts the water in the basin and cries silently while Ranbir knocks on her door from outside and asks her to stop crying.

Ranbir says that they forget to find happiness in small things in their life as they hold onto that pain caused by their trusted ones.

Prachi and Ranbir touch the door at the same time and feel something tingly in their hearts as they retract their hands and think for a moment.

Ranbir asks Prachi to come out now as he is feeling weird hearing her crying alone inside.

Prachi turns off the sink water and comes out of the bathroom as she stares in the front with a shocked face.
