Today's Kumkum Bhagya 8th March 2023 episode starts with Khushi taking Daadi with her into the temple, but remembers that she has forgotten to bring the incense sticks and rushes back to the market.

Pallavi sends Aryan to go be with Khushi, just to be safe.

Shahana is just about to join Daadi and Khushi when she spots Aryan, who notices her too, both shocked at seeing each other, having met after so long.

On the other hand, the samples are brought, but the electricity goes off as soon as the plug is switched on.

Prachi says that she knows how to fix the problem and heads towards the fuse room, only to be stopped by Akshay, who says that since he caused the problem, he would fix it himself and leave.

In the temple, Pallavi notices Dadi and they both greet each other cheerfully.

Aryan questions Shahana if she remembers him even once in all these years, and Shahana retorts, saying that he too didn’t bother to call her. 

Before their argument can continue, Khushi comes to the place and pulls them with her along with the incense sticks in one hand, hurriedly taking them into the temple.

Meanwhile, Ranbeer goes to the reception for further inquiries.

Coincidentally, Akshay also comes near the same area and calls out to Ranbeer indicating him to come along.

Ranbeer greets Akshay and asks him if he knows why he has come to their office.

Akshay replies in affirmation and tells him to wait in his cabin until he quickly fixes the short circuit and returns.

Ranbeer suggests that he can wait here until he completes his work and comes back, as he too wants to make an important call to someone, to which they both agree and Akshay goes into the fuse room.

Ranbeer takes his phone out and busies himself with the call he is supposed to attend.

Akshay is clueless about how to fix the short circuit and ends up cutting the whole office’s electricity.

This makes Ranbeer request the client to call back later and proceeds to check if Akshay is doing all good.

Ashok, who knows who caused the lights to go off, sends Prachi to go to the fuse room.

Prachi mildly scolds Akshay for being silly and then engages in switching the lights of the fuse room first, which have a separate connection with the help of a chair.

Akshay tries to help her but gets a call which she tells him to attend and he leaves to receive the call.

Ranbeer enters the dark room to find a lady instead of Akshay, trying to put on the lights of what he assumes to be the lights of the fuse room.

He notices that the lady is about to fall off the wobbly chair and quickly goes to steady it, calling her out to be careful.

However, he gets utterly shocked when he sees the lady’s face, who is none other than his Prachi, who gets similarly stunned seeing him here out of all the places.

In the temple, Dadi tells them about how they are going to adopt Khushi, and hearing this Pallavi gets alarmed, instantly saying that they are already planning to adopt her.

The Arati soon begins as Khushi hands the incense sticks to the priest, and both Daadi and Pallavi pray to Matarani fervently for Khushi to come live with them.

Just then, Lali arrives at the place and pulls Khushi roughly, taking her back to the flower stall at the same time scolding her for coming to the temple again.

Everyone is shocked seeing the way Lali treats Khushi but is unable to say anything.
