Today's Kundali Bhagya 12 April 2021 episode starts with ACP Vijay asking everyone about their whereabouts of the previous evening. Kritika tells that she was waiting for someone after parking the car.

Karan informs that he was at the hotel waiting for Preeta but he returned with Mahira as Preeta did not show up. Mahira met him while returning.

ACP Vijay asks Preeta to reveal her whereabouts and instructs a lady constable to arrest Preeta. Karan and Prithvi oppose ACP Vijay. 

Rakhi takes Preeta to talk to her alone while ACP Vijay tells he has proof against Preeta. The family is worried to hear this.

Rakhi asks Preeta to tell her the truth. Preeta tells that she went to confront Akshay as he was troubling Kritika even after her marriage but she hit him on the head in the confrontation. She was sure that he was alive at that time and does not know how he died.

Hearing this Rakhi asks Preeta to escape from the police because if she is arrested then no one can save her.

Meanwhile, Karan asks ACP about the proofs he had but ACP does not show which irks Karan. Then, a lady constable brings Preeta in handcuffs.
