Today's Kundali Bhagya 12th August 2023 episode starts with Karan entering the same temple in which Preeta is while Srishti wishes that the priest don't ask Rajveer's father's name. 

Karan is standing and thinking that he has come to do the pooja for Shaurya as Dadi has asked him but he doesn’t even know how to do it properly so he apologises to god in advance.

When Srishti opens her eyes, she sees Karan standing beside Preeta and instantly takes Preeta with her and leaves the temple.

On the other hand, Shailendra enters the house with Avinash while Avinash tells Palki that he has a patient who needs 12 hours of care in a day.

Avinash asks Palki if she would like to take care of him as he can’t because of his busy routine.

However, Palki tells him that she will love to do that as being a doctor, it’s her responsibility to take care of a patient no matter who it is.

Avinash thanks her and asks her to come with him as he will show Palki the patient’s home while Shanaya tells Avinash to drop her on the way.

Elsewhere, the priest asks Karan about Shaurya’s mother and father's names when Karan tells him that his mother’s name is Preeta and his father’s name is Karan Luthra.

Meanwhile, Srishti tells Preeta that she wanted to ask how much donation she should give to the priest.

Preeta tells her that the amount doesn’t matter, what matters is the willingness and Preeta turns back to go inside the temple again when Srishti pretends that she is feeling dizzy.

However, Preeta doesn’t get tricked by her but Srishti doesn't give up and tells Preeta how thirsty she is and Preeta goes to bring water for her.

Just then, Srishti enters the temple while covering her face so that Karan doesn’t recognize her and sits beside Karan in the pooja.

The priest asks Srishti’s husband's name when she tells the priest softly that Karan Luthra is her husband's name.

Suddenly, Srishti sees Preeta coming towards her in the temple with a bottle of water and she runs to Preeta.

Preeta gets confused to see her running while Srishti covers Preeta's face and tells her that the priest has told her to cover their faces.

Listening to this, Preeta gets even more confused but agrees to follow the instruction as the pooja is for Rajveer and they can’t take any risk.

However, Srishti and Preeta return to the pooja when Preeta sits next to Karan on the floor while the priest repeats the name of Shaurya’s parents which shocks Preeta and she is about to stop the Priest.

Meanwhile, Srishti stops Preeta and tells her that she has misheard it as Preeta needs to stay focused on the pooja.

The priest tells them about the last step of the pooja while Karan spots Preeta's hand and reminisces about the past moments.

Karan deliberately says Preeta's name as soon as he recognises her hand when the smoke starts entering their organs and Srishti grabs the opportunity to make Preeta disappear and they leave.

In the meantime, Karan finds Preeta everywhere but cannot locate her.

On the other hand, Avinash takes Palki and Shanaya to the Luthra house which makes Shanaya jump in excitement as she has never seen such a beautiful house.

Further, Avinash introduces Palki to Rakhi while Rakhi tells him that she already knows her and Kavya comes to hug Palki.

Kavya takes Palki to Dadi which gives Dadi immense pleasure to learn that now Palki is going to look out for her while Kareena announces that everything happens for the best.
