Today's Kundali Bhagya 12th February 2023 episode starts with Prithvi threatening Preeta by targeting her daughter, Kavya with a gun and forcefully asking the pandit to start the marriage vows.

However, Preeta takes the fiery wood and hits Prithvi's head with it and suddenly Prithvi gets into the real world as it is an illusion to him.

Meanwhile, Privthi tries to divert Preeta's attention by kicking his feet on a bowl of curd so that their clothes get dirty while Rakhi asks Privthi to come out of the Mandap for a second to clean his clothes.

Priyanka takes Preeta to a room to get her dress clean while Privthi hides behind a wall and thanks God for saving his truth from Preeta and showing him the illusion so that he can play safe.

Moreover, Prithvi gets enraged as he wonders how come Preeta feels that it is not Arjun in the Mandap, just by touching Privthi's hand.

Prithvi notices Arjun unconsciously lying near the couch, while Arjun attacks Prithvi and faints again after some time.

However, Prithvi realizes that Arjun is still having the reaction of chloroform inside his body, so he tries to carry him to a safe corner.

Meanwhile, Preeta and Priyanka pass by the same place without noticing Prithvi and they enter the same room where Anjali is hidden.

Anjali asks Priyanka to close the door of the room while Preeta goes into the washroom to get her dress cleaned with water.

On coming back, Preeta notices Anjali's appearance in the same wedding dress that Preeta is wearing.

Preeta asks Anjali about her next plan to which she replies that she's going to marry the same person that Preeta is going to tie the knot with, in the same wedding dress on the same day.

Preeta questions Anjali if she really wants to marry Arjun while Anjali tells her not to fake an act as she along with Shrishti and everyone else knows her desperation for Arjun.

Anjali tries to hit Preeta with a stone in order to make her unconscious, however, she fails in it.

Preeta opens the door of the room but falls down on the floor as Priyanka makes her smell the chloroform.

Priyanka and Anjali take Preeta to the room to hide her.

Meanwhile, Sameer stops the car in front of the shop of a key maker and asks Shrishti if she remembers anything related to it.

Shrishti uses her brain and tells Sameer she doesn't remember anything while Sameer shows her the shop due to which Shrishti curses God for sending Sameer into her life who shows her keys instead of romantic dates.

Sameer laughingly apologizes to Shrishti and asks her to calm down till he calls the key maker.

On the other hand, Priyanka asks Anjali if she's ready to go to the Mandap, while both Dadi comes to take Anjali to the Mandap.

Anjali internally thinks of all her desires getting fulfilled and feels happy about it.

On the other hand, Prithvi hides Arjun in a washroom and feels proud of himself to make things change just in a few seconds.

He shares his illusion (Preeta finding out the truth), with Arjun and tells him that even though Preeta is rigid in her thoughts about not marrying Privthi but still, he will manage his marriage with her in the game of betrayal.
