Today's Kundali Bhagya 12th March 2023 episode starts with Preeta slapping Anjali and telling her that she should not dare to marry Karan. 

Anjali tells her goons to shoot them but Karan attacks the goon first and the fight breaks out between everyone. 

Anjali tells Priyanka to take the baby away but Preeta and Shrishti surround Priyanka to take the baby from her.

Later, Shrishti slaps Priyanka hard while Anjali struggles to take the baby away from Preeta.

However, Preeta takes the steel rod from a goon and tells Anjali that she has dared to take her baby away and will get her due punishment. 

Soon the police enter the premises and capture everyone including Anjali. 

Outside seeing Nidhi, Anjali tells her that she has proved that she is not her real sister who is helping her enemies. 

Nidhi tells her that she has crossed the limits this time and has forgotten the difference between right and wrong. 

Hearing Anjali talking about loving Karan, Shrishti slaps her hard many times telling her she is talking about love when she knew that Karan is married and is a father of a girl. 

Shrishti threatens Anjali to punish her severely if she dares to take her nephews from them. 

After a while, Shrishti comforts Nidhi for having to witness her sister go to jail. 

Later, Preeta, Karan, Shrishti, and others return to the Luthra house where everyone awaits them with bated hearts. 

The police bring Anjali and Priyanka to the police station and throw them in the lockup while Anjali demands to talk to her sister. 

After a while, Preeta is settling her sons when Karan comes there telling her that the elder among them will get more love to which Preeta tells him that a mother loves their children equally. 

Just then Kavya comes there and tells Karan that she wants to play with her brothers. 

Meanwhile, Nidhi comes to meet Anjali who taunts her for sending her to jail and tells her that she does not have to act as if she loves her while Nidhi tells her that she wishes that she had never loved her the way she did because she turned out to be heartless and spoilt. 

In the meantime, Anjali tells Nidhi to take her out of this place as she feels suffocated there. 

However, Nidhi tells her that she cannot risk taking her out as she has become a monster and deserves to live there and says that if she has shown any remorse then maybe she would have thought about it but not anymore.

Anjali adamantly tells Nidhi that she does not regret doing what she did and will never apologize for it while Nidhi replies that she deserves this jail and mental health facility. 

Late at night someone comes to Preeta’s room and takes the baby away with Kavya following her thinking to catch the thief all by herself. 

After a while, Karan wakes up and gets scared to see Kavya and one of the babies gone.

Karan calls Kavya when everyone comes out asking him what has happened. 

Karan tells them that someone has again kidnapped her son and Kavya leaving everyone shocked, they begin to search the house seeing the door locked. 

Just then Rishabh finds Kavya and the baby with Shrishti and scolds her for quietly taking the baby. 

Shrishti tells her that she has not got the time to spend with her nephews and that is why she has brought them there.

Kavya also tells them they had planned to go on a ride but Rishabh spoiled their plan. 

Shrishti begins to praise the kid who lovingly watches her and was holding her fingers too. 

Kareena tells Shrishti that if she loves babies so much then they should plan one of their own and takes the baby while Sameer assures Shrishti that they will have their own child very soon.
