Today's Kundali Bhagya 16th March 2023 episode starts with Rakhi telling Preeta that her stubbornness has brought their children to this end. 

Preeta asks Rakhi what has happened to Karan while Kareena also jolts Preeta for going for vaccination despite their warning. 

Meanwhile, Rishabh and Mahesh both tell Preeta that this time she is wrong and they were wrong to trust her. 

Preeta asks them to tell her what has happened to Karan or her head will explode. 

Just then, Rakhi tells Preeta that Karan is in a coma while there is no news of Rudraksh. 

Preeta screams in shock while Dadi tells Preeta to get lost or she does not know what she will do to her. 

Kareena, Rakhi, Kritika and Mahesh all accuse Preeta of being responsible for Karan and Rudraksh's condition. 

Seeing Preeta beg them to not ask her to leave, Mahesh tells her that she should have listened to them. 

Kareena tells her that she is a curse for Karan who could neither be a good wife nor a good daughter-in-law. 

Kareena Takes Shaurya From Preeta

Preeta goes to the nursery to take Shaurya, apologizing to him for leaving him alone. 

She tells hum that she is going to get Rudra while he will stay with Shrishti. 

Just then, Kareena comes to Preeta telling her that Shaurya will not go anywhere. 

Meanwhile, Shrishti is shocked to hear that Luthra's has sent Preeta away and shames them for behaving badly with Preeta.

She accuses Rishabh of not supporting Preeta and reminds Mahesh how Preeta helped him recover. 

She even comes to Rakhi asking her what happened to her calling them daughter and today when that daughter needed her, she left her alone. 

Dadi tells her that Preeta is responsible for Karan’s condition.

Rakhi apologizes to Shrishti, telling her that she should not have talked this way with Preeta, and runs to stop Preeta while Sameer tells Shrishti that this time, Preeta is at fault. 

Meanwhile, Kareena tells Preeeta that she will not let her take Shaurya as he will live with them in Luthra's house. 

In the meantime, Shrishti tells Sameer that Preeta had no premonition that some ill will take place.

She tells him that she never expected that he will not believe her and her sister. 

She tells him that Preeta has done so much for the family but Luthras never stood by Aroras whenever they needed them. 

Shrishti tells Sameer that from today onwards, she has no relation with him and his family while Rishabh tries to stop her.

Preeta goes to the accident site to get her child and looks around for him everywhere.

Anjali is Dead

Just then, she hears someone calling her Mumma and is shocked to see Anjali.

She asks Anjali why has she done this to them and tells her that she will take her child from her by hook and by crook. 

Anjali tells her that she has the same to make Arjun hers and when she couldn't get him, she took away Preeta's Karan from her. 

She also tells her that she is taking her son with her because she also wants something to live for. 

Anjali put the child in the car ready to take him away while Preeta picks him up from the open window and runs for her life. 

Anjali gets frustrated and follows Preeta in the car.

As Anjali’s car hits Preeta, Preeta rolls down the hill while Anjali’s car goes straight into the ditch and falls from a great height. 

Just then, Shrishti arrives in an auto and sees Preeta rolling down the hill. 

Preeta catches the branch of the tree to stop it from falling into the deep ditch. 

Shrishti helps takes Rudra from Preeta and then pulls her up too with the help of the driver. 

Preeta tells Shrishti to look after her son if anything happens to her. 

Generation Leap

After twenty years, the Luthra house is celebrating Janmashtami and Rakhi goes to call Shaurya from his room as he is the Kanhaiya of the house. 

In the meantime, Shaurya is driving his sports car with great speed while drinking beer with his friends in the car. 

Soon, he reaches Luthra's house and pushes the brakes so close to the gate that its nameplate falls.
