Today's Kundali Bhagya 21st February 2023 episode starts with Arjun slapping Anjali and telling her that her behaviour with Preeta has degraded her in his eyes. 

He tells Anjali to go and never come back. 

Meanwhile, Anjali reminds him of what she has done for him and begs him to not exclude her from his life. 

He tells her that there is no point in begging and tells her that he belongs to Preeta and will always be hers. 

Anjali warns him of the consequences of throwing her out of their life. 

In the meantime, Preeta tells Anjali to stop behaving like a maniac and to not call HER husband hers. 

She drags Anjali out of the house and shut the gate on her. 

Due to this, Anjali feels humiliated and vows to make them pay, including Arjun. 

Later, Arjun apologises to everyone for keeping them in the dark about his identity and hurting them. 

Rakhi tells him to not apologise while Preeta tells him that there is definitely the need for sorry as he hardly says it. 

Rishabh tells him that they have missed their bantering for so long. 

All the family goes to their temple to thank God for Karan’s return. 

Everyone hugs Karan once again while Mahesh calls him a dog playfully.

Afterwards, Dadi and everyone tell Preeta and Arjun to go and rest as they must be tired by all this drama.

Meanwhile, Prithvi throws everything in his home and complains to God for playing with his emotions and not making him marry Preeta Ji.

He tells God that he has ruined him and taken every opportunity from him. 

Just then, Sherlyn comes there and asks him how he is feeling.

Prithvi feels depressed and tells Anjali that he has been ruined and once again, he has failed her. 

Sherlyn tells him to not worry as this is the usual outcome of going against the Luthra's.

However, Prithvi is not ready to give up on Preeta and vows to make Preeta his, one day.

Later, Sherlyn hopes that Anjali paid the money to Shambhu while Prithvi hopes she has stopped Preeta & Arjun's marriage.

Meanwhile, Anjali is thinking about Arjun and Preeta and throws things in anger, blaming Preeta for taking Arjun from her. 

Anjali picks up a bottle of alcohol and decides to get drunk to reduce the stress. 

She addresses Arjun, relling him that she will punish him for rejecting her and vows to destroy Preeta for taking Arjun from her. 

Meanwhile, Prithvi contemplates drinking something between milk and alcohol when Anjali comes there. 

Prithvi is shocked to see Anjali and asks her if she has stopped the marriage. 

However, observing Anjali carefully, Prithvi realises that her intentions are not good. 

Meanwhile, Anjali asks him why did he do that to her in a drunken voice.
