Today's Kundali Bhagya 21st July 2023 episode starts with Shrishti praising Palki to be a sweet girl and asking Mohit if she does not know anything about it. 

Meanwhile, Mohit tells her that even Rajveer does not know the obvious which makes Palki puzzled while Shrishti tells her to not pay heed to Mohit. 

She then calls Preeta again hoping to get through her this time. 

Meanwhile, Nidhi tells Shaurya that everything is hanging in balance as Kavya is crying and Karan is being angry with her. 

Shaurya tells Nidhi to relax as he will handle things there. 

Rajveer calls Srishti

At the police station, Rajveer is thinking about Shrishti’s warning before coming to Mumbai and wishes her to be here as Preeta needs her there. 

He regrets coming to Mumbai despite Shrishti’s advice to not come.

He calls the constable to listen to him as he needs his help and prays to God to send Shrishti to Mumbai. 

Meanwhile, the doctor comes to attend to Preeta and gives instructions to the nurse to prepare for stitches. 

Rajveer requests the constable to let him make a call to his mother as it is very important while the constable assures him that he will get permission for him. 

Just then, Preeta’s phone rings, and the stranger who brought Preeta to the hospital picks it up and tells Shrishti about Preeta’s accident. 

Mohit offers to take Shrishti to the hospital while Palki tells Shrishti that they will follow. 

In the meantime, the doctor worries about Preeta’s condition whose heart is full of emotions despite the anaesthesia. 

Later, the constable comes to take Rajveer to make a call and leaves him with a phone. 

Rajveer dials Shrishti who gets worried hearing his voice and asks about Preeta. 

Rajveer apologises to her for coming to Mumbai and explains the situation to her which shocks Shrishti. 

She realises that Rajveer does not know about Preeta’s accident and tells him to not worry.

Rajveer is surprised to hear that she is Mumbai while Shrishti tells him that she is his mother and will know it if even a scratch happens to him. 

Shaurya Argues with Kavya

Meanwhile, Shaurya tells Kavya to stop her emotional drama and stop favouring Rajveer over him as he is her brother and not Rajveer. 

He tells her to come with him and tells Karan to stop him from helping Rajveer.

Kavya tells Shaurya to leave as she is angry while Shaurya accuses her of backstabbing him.

Just then, Karan comes there and scolds Shaurya for talking rudely to Kavya. 

Shaurya apologises to her but tells Karan that he should not have called the lawyer for Rajveer. 

Later, Kavya tells Karan to let it be as he is not doing anything to save Rajveer while Karan tells her that he had called Rajveer but changed his mind later as he cannot afford to make mistakes. 

Kavya wishes for Preeta to the with her as she would have understood her and sided with Rajveer too.

Meanwhile, Shrishti is on her way to the hospital and feels guilty or sending Preeta and Rajveer to Mumbai. 

On the other hand, Kavya thinks about Rajveer and apologises to him for not being able to help despite being indebted to him. 

After a while, Karan tells Shaurya to go and tell Kavya that the fight between him and Rajveer is just a misunderstanding. 

Shaurya does not understand Karan while he explains to him that Kavya is upset because she thinks that they are fighting with each other because of past bitterness but this is a case of theft.

However, Kavya overhears them and tells them that they are misunderstanding her and that she knows that they will not do anything for Rajveer.

Leaving them standing, Kavya walks purposely away.

After a while, Shrishti comes to the hospital and rushes into Preeta’s room.
