Today's Kundali Bhagya 21st March 2023 episode starts with Rakhi telling Kareena that she can still feel that something bad is about to happen to someone dear to her. 

Rakhi prays to keep that person safe and free from all troubles. 

Meanwhile, Shrishti comes there and is shocked to see Preeta’s condition and tells Rajveer to take Preeta to the hospital and asks the guest what has happened to Preeta. 

On being told that they considered Preeta to be mentally unstable, Shrishti gets angry and tells them to never again call Preeta mad or THEY will be very sorry. 

Later, Rajveer and Shrishti puts Preeta in the cab and tell the driver to drive fast and take her to the Global hospital. 

Shrishti praises Rajveer for caring for his mother while Rajveer corrects her saying Preeta is her aunt. 

After a while, they reach the hospital where Preeta is immediately taken to the emergency & calls Karan. 

Meanwhile, Karan is driving a car and is about to crash into another car despite Rishabh’s warning. 

Rishabh steers Karan in another direction just in time while Karan comes out from a trance and tells Rishabh that Preeta has called him. 

Rishabh tells him to get out of the car as he will drive him home but Karan objects telling him the meeting is too important to cancel. 

Rishabh ignores him and tells him to do what he says. 

Meanwhile, the doctor asks them how Preeta got such deep cuts & Rajveer explains the situation while the doctor tells him to not worry as his mother will be safe.

Elsewhere, Rishabh puts Karan on his bed while Rakhi comes behind them. 

Just then, Nidhi also comes there asking Karan if he is alright and tells Rakhi to be quiet as Karan’s pain will increase. 

Rishabh gets angry at Nidhi’s behavior and calls her outside but Rakhi signals him to ignore it. 

In the meantime, Karan feels Preeta’s hand on his forehead who is about to put balm on his forehead. 

Karan tells her that he does not want a balm to which Preeta agrees and begins to press a kiss to his forehead to heal his pain. 

After a while, Karan tells her that his pain has gone and is about to fall asleep when Nidhi’s shrill voice wakes him up. 

Nidhi constantly tells Rakhi to go out, saying she will look after him after Karan.

Karan scolds her for talking so much while Rakhi asks Nidhi if she can get turmeric milk for Karan. 

Meanwhile, Rajveer cries for Preeta to see her in pain and tells Shrishti that if anything happens to Preeta, then he feels her pain in the heart. 

He tells Shrishti that he swears on his mother that he will not leave any of them who hurt Preeta and will break them into pieces. 

Shrishti tells him to be quiet and not to turn into a hooligan as they have not taught him that. 

However, Rajveer tells asks Shrishti if every nephew feels the way he is feeling for Preeta. 

Shrishti longs to tell him that he is feeling all this because Preeta is his mother. 

Just then, the doctor comes out and tells them that Preeta has lost so much blood.
