Today's Kundali Bhagya 22nd March 2023 episode starts with the doctor telling the nurse that Preeta is losing blood very fast and feels disgusted at people's harshness towards a woman. 

In the meantime, Doctor comes out to check on Savita who has not returned with blood yet. 

Later, Nurse Savita tells the doctor that Preeta’s blood is not available in the bank while Rajveer tells the doctor to take his blood instead. 

Rajveer tells the doctor to take all his blood but save Preeta or else, he will burn the world because Preeta is their life and they cannot live without her. 

After a while, the blood transfusion process begins and Rajveer donates his blood to Preeta. 

Seeing the blood transfusion, the doctor tells Shrishti that Preeta is a lucky mother whose son is ready to give him all his blood. 

Meanwhile, Shrishti recalls the time when they were at Luthra's house and when Preeta showered her love on Rajveer like a mother. 

She begins to cry, praying to God for some guidance about hiding the truth from Rajveer. 

After a while, Rajveer comes to Shrishti and asks her reason for crying and asks her if Preeta is fine. 

As the nurse calls Rajveer, Shrishti goes to Preeta’s room while Rajveer's words echo in their mind. 

Nurse Savita apologizes to Rajveer for what happened at the wedding while Rajveer tells her that sorry won't cut it. 

The nurse tells him that it happened so quickly that she could not help it but Rajveer tells her to not rub wounds by repeating everything because there are only people in the world whom he loves. 

However, the nurse looks surprised at Rajveer calling Preeta his aunt when she thought she is his mother. 

She tells him that Preeta’s features and blood match and the pain he feels for her and the way she was looking at him all suggest that she is his mother. 

She also indicates Shrishti’s slip of the tongue when she told the doctor that Rajveer's blood will definitely match Preeta's. 

Leaving Rajveer thinking, Nurse goes away while Rajveer recalls an incident in the past where Shrishti once called Rajveer Preeta's son and later corrects herself. 

Rajveer sees the form where in the relation column it was written, Son. 

Meanwhile, Shrishti holds Preeta’s hand and tells her that she was the one who was mature and responsible but her memory loss has turned Shrishti into a responsible and mature person. 

She tells Preeta that after her, the next person she loves the most is Rajveer. 

Meanwhile, Rajveer is thinking about Nurse Savita’s comments and recalls Shrishti’s slip of the tongue in the car and wonders if there is any truth in that. 

On the other hand, Shrishti tells Preeta that she and Rajveer shares a bond that keeps them connected and that today, he has felt his connection to Preeta. 

Shrishti tells Preeta that Rajveer’s eyes are full of questions about Preeta being his mother and cries, saying every child deserves to know who his mother is. 

Rajveer enters the room when Shrishti is telling Preeta that people have started believing that Preeta is Rajveer's mother.

Rajveer comes out and tells himself that his love for Preeta is so great that he has started to question his relationship with Preeta. 

He tells himself that he cannot question Shrishti and insult her by asking if Preeta is his mother. 

Rajveer returns to the room but freezes after hearing Shrishti asking Preeta if she can tell him the truth that he is Preeta’s son.
