Today's Kundali Bhagya 24th March 2023 episode starts with Karan looking for medicine in the drawer and seeing the balm, he thinks about Preeta. 

After a while, he tells Preeta that she still affects him and everything reminds him of her. 

He opens the balm bottle and applies it on himself thinking about Preeta and just then, he feels Rakhi’s presence beside him and stops.

Rakhi asks Karan why he hides his love for Preeta and tells him that she misses Preeta a lot despite knowing that she is not with them nor is she alive. 

After a while, Karan tells Rakhi that Preeta called him and he heard her voice. 

Just then, Nidhi comes there with Karan’s medicine while Karan tells her that he has applied the balm and is feeling better. 

In the meantime, Rajveer comes to Shrishti to hear the full truth and why she wants his yesterday and today mixed together. 

Shrishti tells Rajveer that Preeta gets panic attacks whenever she hears wedding bells and music because her wedding was full of pain. 

Rajveer asks Shrishti who Anjali is and Shrishti tells him that Anjali was Karan’s friend who fell in love with Karan despite knowing that he is married. 

Shrishti reveals Anjali’s love turned into mania and she attacked Karan and Preeta with a fatal accident that changed everyone’s life. 

She tells him how Luthra blamed Preeta for everything and threw her out.

After hearing the whole truth, Rajveer asks her who has done all this to Preeta and Shrishti tells him that only Luthras are responsible for Preeta’s condition and wonders why Karan never tried to find them after coming out of Coma. 

Shrishti also tells Rajveer that his father is a business tycoon, Karan Luthra. 

However, Rajveer tells her that he knows about him and has been his big fan but now, he is ashamed of him for ruining his mother’s life. 

After a while, Rajveer tells Shrishti that they will have to get Preeta discharged as Preeta does not like the smell of the hospital and that she will not feel good waking up here. 

Shrishti feels thankful to God for unburdening her of this secret as Rajveer now knows the truth. 

Shrishti also feels confident that Rajveer will look after Preeta now that he knows she is her mother. 

Meanwhile, Rajveer and Shrishti bring Preeta home where Rajveer vows to avenge her and give her status back to her.

He also tells Preeta that he will make Luthra's suffer the same pain as she has been suffering for years and will not be her son if he cannot get her life back to the way it was.

Shrishti tells Rajveer to not make claims that are not possible and this was the reason why she never told him the truth. 

However, Rajveer tells her that she has done a great injustice to him by keeping him in the dark for if he knew about it earlier, he would have made everything right for Preeta by now. 

Hearing Luthra's name on Rajveer’s lips, Shrishti gets angry and tells him that there is no need to do anything to them. 

However, Rajveer refuses to listen to her and blames Luthras for Preeta’s losses, and tells her that he will not sit quietly now.

Later, Shrishti sits with Preeta defeated, and asks her what she should do now. 

Meanwhile, Rishabh asks Karan why they are visiting their rival's office and Karan tells him that they are here on an invitation. 

In the meantime, Shrishti comes looking for Rajveer and asks him if he hadn't slept the whole night.

Rajveer asks her if Nidhi is Preeta’s nemesis while Shrishti tells him that since she has always been updated about Luthra's, they cannot find them.
